Review Image by Heather
I would give this bed frame zero stars if I could. I rarely write reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with this product. The screws have nothing to anchor into. I inserted them and tightened them with the included Allen wrench, but they never grab onto anything because the holes aren’t threaded. It’s basically like trying to screw into a smooth, unthreaded hole. At first, I thought maybe it was just one defective crossbar, so I even tried holding it together with duct tape so I could continue assembling the rest of the frame. Unfortunately, every connection was exactly the same. There is simply no way to assemble this bed frame as it was manufactured. I hate returning items, and since this was only around $70 and was just going in my spare bedroom for my dogs, I honestly tried to make it work. But this isn’t something that can be “rigged” together—it’s defective and cannot be assembled. I expect a full refund. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different bed frame. ... show more

    • Good twin frame so far
Size: Twin XL
So far I have had this frame a month & it has filled its purpose. I am 200 lbs & it holds me just fine. I bought it for visiting family , I gave up my king size bed for family members & I slept on the twin bed. It’s July 13 & I’m still sleeping on it.

Had 2 of these break at the weld on my child. The original one I bought for my son broke at the weld. We were sent a replacement, now a couple months later, this replacement broke in the EXACT spot the first one did. Amazon also failed to pick up the first one for the return. I was told they had to come get it due to the size and type of item and that they would contact for pick up. They never did. After a while I called Amazon back, let them know they never came for it and I don't want charged for the replacement when they failed to pick it up, in April. I was told all was good and I could disguard it (3+ weeks had gone by waiting for them to get it) if I wanted. Towards the end of June, I was charged in the middle of the night for that replacement. I've had 4-5 Amazon employees promise me id get my money back, I STILL have not received it (7/22). DO NOT BUY THIS BED FRAME! ... show more
