The chair arrived earlier than I expected. I just put it together a couple hours ago and have been sitting in the chair. 1, It comes in a huge sturdy cardboard box, the box of accessories for assembly is at the bottom and it's hard to spot them at the beginning. 2, Regarding the assembly of the chair, you have to install the armrests, which are different from the armrests of other recliners (and of course it has a very different shape), the assembly is not difficult but it takes some time, it took me about an hour and a half to assemble it. 3, It's heavy so make sure to put it where you want it before you start assembling it. 4, It rocks back and forth more than it rocks up and down; it rocks very little (in the general sense of the word). I found it difficult to rock with the footrests open. 5, The angle of the back of the chair is adjustable along with the position of the leg rests; they cannot be adjusted independently. 6, The cell phone holder is included, but it can only be fixed on the right side, luckily it is bendable at will, which is one of the reasons I purchased this recliner, I rely on my phone a lot. So far the chair feels comfortable; the massage isn't very strong, but it's enough for me; the heat is only in the lumbar area and the heat isn't adjustable. Overall I am happy with this purchase as it was a third of the price of a furniture store.

Absolutely LOVE that I just got this chair delivered!! Easy to assemble and now that it’s put together, I don’t want to get out of it. It’s super comfortable, and has so many “extras” that really add value. The massage function is so relaxing, expect to enjoy having heat once it turns cold, and lastly…being able to charge my phone while sitting in the chair is the BEST!
