OMG what a pleasant suprise. I am actually excited to write this review. I used it and it made a huge difference!!! For the first time I felt I was actually able to sleep somewhat consistently on an overnight flight (now I just have to find a solution for my long legs). I am a 5'9 woman and I think hight can influence comfort, but the straps that go around the seat's pillow are adjustable so it can go lower or higher. I love how it keept my head in place comfortably and not falling down. I was able to tighten it around my neck just right so I could slightly lean into the side of it, head fully supported. It is so soft that it is very comfortable, yet firm enough that I didn't sink into it. The shape is great around the ears too, and relative flat at the back so it is not pushing your neck and head forward. And for the bonus suprise, the sleping mask!!!! The best one I've ever tried. I actually use it nightly now when needed, even when I am not traveling. It blocks out ALL light, and it is so gentle and soft around the eyes. The one thing I don't like about it as much is the strap thay goes around the head, despite it being one of the best traps, it is a bit bulky for sleeping, but it is meant to be used upright with the pillow, not for sleeping in bed, and yet I still find it the best mask I've ever tried, and I am picky about straps, even thin straps from regular sleep masks bother me, so yes, I love the mask too!!! TIP: I put on wired soft in ear sleeping headphones with soft brown noise to cancel out any sounds and blend into the airplane noise, and that was a game changer too as there was a baby that cried most of the flight and I didn't even hear it!!! I just know from when I would take them out and from my kids complaining about it after the flight. And I am a light sleeper!!! Obviously, these types of pillows are very personal, some may love it some not, you also probably need to play around with it to find the right angle. My 6.1 ft son used it too, he liked it too but he tightened it in a way that kept is neck completely straight and that caused him some neck strain and soreness after. I suggested that next time he allow for some wiggle room and a slight forward tilt, more in a lean and resting position. And lastly, it comes in a practical pouch to keep it clean and carry it in, with an east clip to hang anywhere. It is a bit of a tight fit but it does make it more compact to carry, just roll it up tightly like snail and stuff in puch. Anyway, probably longest review I've ever written, but that's how much I liked it. Hope it helps! Safe, comfortable travels!

I looked for travel pillows online for a while and finally settled on this one, even over the viral trtl pillow. It was perfect! I am tall, but i could imagine this not working well for someone significantly shorter than me (im 5'10) because your head needs to fit where the headrest is. I found that kept my head in place, kept my mouth from falling open, and my head from falling forward and was very comfy/not bulky feeling. I did forget to use the eye mask but it seems nice as well. I was able to roll the pillow back into its case, I saw some reviews from people who had trouble but I didn't think it was hard. It does take up a bit of space, instead of putting it inside of my carryon bag, I just clipped it to the handle, the case comes with a clip which worked great! 10/10 recommend

I just used this on a two leg overnight flight and it was WONDERFUL!!!! I’ve tried every pillow on the market for this purpose and this is by far my FAVORITE one!! I was the only one out of 7 of us who slept longer than an hour. The neck pillow offered great support on its own, but once I added the eye mask, that’s what really held my head to the point I was able to fall asleep. I added a cooling, compression eye mask below it and that added even more light blockage. I’ve definitely found my one and only sleep and comfort system for traveling from now on, and I’m thankful it’s also very compact and easy to put back into the storage case.

I am in a hunt for a neck supporting pillow, so my son can sleep during long rides or the flights, without bending his head. Which usually follows by headache and migraine. We are going through a number of products - and this one did not fit his need. Hence a lower review score. The quality of the product is good. I did not notice any fault smell. It just does not fit our needs

Having tried many neck pillows that purport to support the head, nothing works like something attached to the seat, and this one is a good value. I was initially skeptical, as it didn't feel very supportive on my long neck when I tried it on without attaching it to a seat, but strap it to the seatback and everything changes. This was easy to attach to the headrest, very secure, and kept my neck comfortable for a 9 hour redeye flight. This plus a hammock footrest and I was flying business class for economy fare!

The materials seem well put together, and the padding was great. I also liked the eye mask. However, one of the buckles was faulty and kept popping open which made this pillow completely useless. I threw it away after my 10 hour flight. I am 5”11”, and I had to raise the headrest to be in a comfortable position with this pillow. The angle of the tilt of the pillow pulls the headrest back down which awkwardly bent my neck backwards. I tried slumping down to get my head at a better angle, but that was too uncomfortable for my back to be slumped in the chair that way. If you are short enough to sit with the headrest down, it would probably work better.
