This company was fantastic. You really just don’t know what kind of customer service a company has until something goes wrong. I had an issue with the remote, and they took care of it promptly after minor troubleshooting didn’t help.I appreciate the brand for coming through without haste. The chair is good man- it’s Solid. It’s not really heavy in relation to other chairs.. We haven’t used it long, but it’s comfortable.. we haven’t had any issues with the battery life- but we’re not running it all day or anything. I gotta be honest I was a little astounded by the price of this. I didn’t even know you could get a wheelchair for this price let alone one with a super smooth one hand controller… it’s crazy. If I was elderly, I’d be whippin in this thing- (for my son) I would imagine the price point allows it to be available to someone who could really use it healthwise, but doesn’t actually medically Need it.. You know for the casual wheel chair action. ..Weekend warrior wheelchair race? Things could get crazy..(in a fun way).you could mod it out for Halloween to be a moving prop structure. One more thing— I would imagine since it is sturdy that if you were a smaller person instead of carrying something, you could just sit in the chair put it on your lap and start rolling. Maybe even have some kind of table that you could place it on. Did I say this was like 400 bucks? I spent that on a Lego kit last Christmas… just buy it you’ll find fun things to do with it or somebody will actually need it. You can’t walk out of fast food without spending $25 these days- and you get a motorized wheelchair for this price. I could not be happier with this electric wheelchair. It supports my father's 250 pounds comfortably and the seat is well padded for longer outings. Folding and unfolding is quick and straightforward making transport much easier than my old heavy chair. The motor is powerful enough for gentle slopes and the ride is surprisingly smooth. It came with out issue! the handling is a bit off then what I am used to but i feel with enough practice ill get it. It is great for tight maneuvers with an experienced driver. I also liked how the orange didn't pop out as much as it did in the listing photos. Update: the wheelchair motor keeps going for about 10 seconds after you shut it off, and keeps jerking indefinitely when standing still, unless you turn it off, kind of jerking movements. Not sure if others experience this too. I’m 60lbs UNDER the max weight limit. —————- I purchased this to help me with long distance walking and/or sitting. I have Multiple Sclerosis, the chair arrived last week, right on time. I had the chance to ride around in a casino with my MIL. Sitting at slot machines for a while. Total of 3 hours. Please note that I purchased the 20” wide seat chair. Here is what I needed to add: -try it out during several hours of activity within your return window!!!! -the seat, while initially comfortable, my behind and my sciatic nerve were stressed. I definitely needed my gel wheelchair seat. (Forgot it at home) -once I got to my destination (gambling machine), I had turn off the joystick as it kept making little jerks. Once turned off, it stopped. -go slow at first. I ended up using the speed level 3 (of 5). -the biggest issue I had were the foot extenders. I suffer from Lipedema (tree stump like legs due to diseased fat.) and they left bad bruising on my big calves. I’m making a few adjustments. The adjustments: - arm rest pads (on the joystick side) - leg straps to keep them together (due to spasms) - cut up pool noodle to add padding to avoid bruising - gel seat cushion - bag for the back of the wheelchair to transport my ‘stuff’ - small bag for the side of the chair to keep things like a water bottle with me. ... show more

This chair works great, but keep in mind that it isn’t light weight. It has some heft to it and I have trouble getting it into the car by myself. If you’re were looking for an easy fold, light weight chair- this isn’t it. The chair itself does its job. We chose the orange and it’s nice and bright. Ordered the 18 inch seat,roomy, I'm 6,1 250 pounds. Surprised by the power and ease of folding and light wieght. Since a failed back surgery and no balance have my wife to help load it. She was happy with how light it was compared to my other chair. Traveled to nursing facility to visit and it's got a pretty good hill coming back to parking lot, handled it like a champ. Just wish the foot pads were adjustable for longer legs. Was in it 3 1/2 hours with bad back and no discomfort. Money well spent. ... show more
