At least the one I got and I've been trying to return but having trouble because the label they sent for the return they gave me is for the post office and they will not expect it because of the battery. The wheelchair itself drifts backwards at times and won't make it up my van ramp. It's not safe. I do not recommend this wheelchair. ... show more

This is a heavy made wheelchair. It is very sturdy and easy to get around in. I can go anywhere inside and outside. I would recommend this chair it is affordable and comfortable.

The reason I gave it a 2 star one of the motorized wheels was locked, which prevented me from using it, which tells me they do not inspect their product before it leaves the warehouse.
