My son wanted this computer for his birthday which is the 28th, received the computer however it wouldn't pick up any monitors we tried 3 different ones and none would pick up, went through the troubleshooting and still nothing. My son is finishing his BA Degree in cyber security last semester he knows about computers however couldn't get it to work. Tried calling the company for support and when we called 3 times we kept receiving a message that the number isn't on service. I would really like to get him this computer but I am afraid that if I order another one we could have the same issues. Has anyone else had this issue or other issues? Thank you 2/6/23- quick update ordered the same computer again after talking with Amazon to make sure if I had any issues that I would be able to return a 2nd one and was told yes, I ordered it and it came and my son hasn't had any issues with it at all. He said it's a very good computer, so I will update the stars now.

This is a scam, I got a pc that won't even stay on for more than 5 seconds, the instructions are blurry, and the cpu cooler was detached from the cpu! Aside from the fact that it wouldn't stay on, it looks like a fantastic pc.

I bought this to upgrade from my existing system. It was a phenomenal step up in every area. The PC was perfectly packed, with no space for it to rattle around during shipping. It worked perfectly out of the box and has been flawless every day since. I wasn't able to find a way to hook up my old SATA drive as there wasn't a visible power cable for that, but I could have overlooked it. It's running Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings, with no glitches or hiccups. When it's time for an upgrade, I'll definitely look to this company for a new system

I purchased this product for what I thought to be a very acceptable price. I received it in good condition and found no issues with cabling or connections prior to first boot. I purchased a new LG 24QP500-B 24” QHD monitor to pair with this as my old monitor was a bit outdated. The computer simply does not reboot correctly. After updating windows twice, and updating the Nvidia driver (also during) the computer does not respond correctly to reboot. It will shut the display down, but the computer itself never seems to stop and the display will never come back unless there is a hard reset/shut down. I received this computer today any it has been performing like this out of the box. I have attempting reboots from the desktop, lock screen, and command prompt and every time it just goes into this zone of looking like it's running, but no display. Does not matter if it's HDMI or DP all cables are new. Also, if the computer goes to sleep or the the display times out due to inactivity. You guessed it. Need to reboot/reset. Please fix this before I return it and go somewhere else. Returned the computer and while they did fix the reboot and sleep issue the top fan now seems not to work. Don't buy from these people. This thing has been a lemon out of the box. Pay someone else more for an actual working product. Was so excited after windows update reboot didn't require a hard restart. Do not by this computer. Updated. The customer service was very good. They could not have been nicer. Now that the computer actually works like it should it's very enjoyable.

This PC is great. Bought it and after almost a year the graphics card messed up. Yeyian contacted me about it and said they would fix it free of charge. They also, at my request, replaced the PC case and added a liquid cooler for a pretty cheap price, and did a few updates as well. Im very happy I chose Yeyian and I would do it again.

Fan from aio loose in pc on arrival. Reseated but loosening itself. Worst of all...no display. Tried reseating ram, connectors. I haven't done gpu since it seems to power on... Even if I can get this thing working by waiting for yeiyans tech support (which seems like they'll be difficult to even get a hold of), id still have this aio fan issue. Seems like the pre-built can be good if it was tested properly. The fan I guess could be from shipping but that is only one part of many issues. Now I'll have to wait for tech support, probably find out they want me to ship it in... im probably just better off returning it to Amazon? For now I'll wait for vendor/yeiyan before I jump to return.
