When I first got it one of the AIO fans was not spinning but I just disconnected it and connected it back up and it worked fine so no problem there. review updated, i will keep the original review below. so basically it's me who lac pc knowledge that did not notice the sealed ports that directly connects to the graphic cards. seller responded to my feedback(after 3 days, but that was a weekend) and tell me to find the ports from graphic cards, i didn't notice it for quite a while even after he/she told me so, these ports are sealed. it works when i connect cable to HDMI ports of the graphic card. some other small issues i have maybe not an issue for others: 1. it provides 1T SSD? from the description it shall only have 500G.. 500G free SSD!! 2. 2T HDD disk not mounted by default, may need disk manage or install driver or something. 3. motherboard provides some HDMI/DP ports but that doesn't work. graphic card provides 1HDMI and 3 DP, not as described as 2HDMI. ports from graphic cards are hard to use, i can barely insert the DP cable, and it doesn't work for me( maybe there's ways to make it work like install drivers, i don't know), my monitor shall have audio but seems not working somehow. I have a docking station, it also doesn't work properly somehow. maybe also require drivers. original review: PC is cool, case, fan, graphic card, all looks good, very exited while unboxing. Then, after i get it started, it seems working, fans spinning, everything lit up, except the monitors... These monitors are not broken, i've been using them, I tried connect monitors use HDMI or DP, neither works. GPU seems working as it's fan's spinning. Hope it's just some cable that forget to connect? or some issues easy to fix? help me out

It is surprisingly quiet for such powerful setup. The desktop easily/effortlessly handles all popular video games like Fortnight, Call of Duty etc. The computer comes with preinstalled Windows. So basically you just turn on the power button and the desktop is ready for any gaming adventure (obviously it is recommended to update OS and Ge Force drivers first). The only one note (probably I haven't used desktops for a long time) the head-set jack port on the desktop can be used only for listening - for microphone you will need separate device (microphone jack port available). Basically when you are using a head-set with integrated microphone - laptop has one single jack input port(so you can speak and listen), whereas with the desktop you have to use 2 separate devices (probably I am missing something, but I was not able to make my headset's microphone work with the desktop)

This is going to be the most honest review you will get. I had been wanting to jump into pc gaming for a while now but I am definitely too lazy and I’m not extremely savvy with that stuff and didn’t want to mess it up. After a lot of research this one was gifted to me as I was allowed to choose. It was packed very well and everything was included as mentioned BUT I had to literally recode a lot of it to get simple things working from the literal start, windows did not boot up and off I went again hours in trying to figure it out, even something as simple as Bluetooth I had to go on for a while trying to sort this thing out. The entire first day with this PC has been just getting it to work correctly. However, after sorting those things it has been a good experience and I am happy with it. Ran some intense sessions and it has held up amazing, even the fans are really soft considering the work it is putting in which is great because at the moment my setup is in the bedroom with my wife. I write this for that bro who is out there looking at this as an option knowing you want a solid Pc but have not the time or maybe patience to build one. This is a good option but be prepared to put the work in.

Excellent pre-built, few issues. Great internal shipping protection, CPU, chipset, and GPU wiring almost perfect. Only issue was CPU water cooler API pump wiring plugged into CPU fan slot(not in use) accidentally. Most likely a BIOS warning solved incorrectly. Check API plugs. RGB controller prevents individual intake fan control, but of little consequence. Absolutely incredible machine well worth the price. Highly recommend.

I had purchased this new pc to replace my old laptop and everything seemed fine until I saw that the amazon packaging it came in was in literal tatters. The driver even apologized because of the poor packaging, but the inner box that the pc was in seemed relatively intact so I brushed it off. Everything was fine with the unboxing and setting it up until I plugged it into my monitor and nothing happened except for a 'no signal' box popping up. I tried it with a different monitor in case something was wrong with mine or the hdmi wires but the same thing happened. When I opened the pc up and tried to gently check everything to make sure the connections were secure, the rgb lights (as shown in the pictures) fixed themselves for a second before spazzing out and I heard a few popping noises. Disappointed as I need a pc for college and don't currently have enough in the bank to buy a new motherboard and fix it.
