  • Good PC overall. Name brand VGA and motherboard
Style: i5-11400F | RTX 3060
The media could not be loaded. At first, I was debating whether to buy an already assembled Gaming PC, or build it myself, I ended up going up with the first option, the warranty was good enough to not risk my investment. It completely paid off, not only I really like the design of the computer and the lightning effects, but also, the performance is as good as expected. The computer came in a bigger box that works as an outer shell, and also found some of those white Cheeto-like foams that were cushioning the inner box, which included the PC itself, when opening the box you are also greeted with all the manuals and accesories for further expansions such as extra PSU cables. Also you will find the RGB remote controller and the Wi-Fi antenna, packaging wise the PC was immaculate, without a single scratch or dent. I mainly play FPS games such as Valorant, where I was expecting at least above 240FPS performance to drive my 240Hz monitor, I was pleasantly surprised to see I went above 500 in most maps. I was able to sync all the case gorgeous RGB with just a simple button press in the included remote controller, I went for a purple-ish aesthetic and the fans were able to reproduce the color perfectly fine. Thermally speaking, the case wont allow tons of air through due to the front tempered glass panel, but for the configuration I received (i5 + 3060) the cooling was perfectly capable, and I only heard the fans ramp up once, when most of the time the PC was really quiet, temperatures seemed perfectly reasonable where the CPU never went past 70C and GPU stayed close to 65C at full load (Valorant without V-Sync) I would recommend this anytime, especially because the price difference between building it yourself or buying it already built is so small that the labor premium is well worth it just for sake of mind. ... show more

  • Solid Case For The Money
Loved the case, very cool style. My only points of conflict were the fact that the rgb lights on the case front and fans don't seem to be addressable in any real way. There are presets operated in a clunky fashion by a button on the case front panel. Also the airflow is a little restricted due to the lack of air room on the front of the case and the stock fans don't move a huge volume of air. Not a deal breaker and hasn't been a cooling issue even with an overclocked 5700x cpu and a 6700xt gpu hard at work in the case. Would definitely buy again. ... show more

  • Probably would have picked a better case for the price if given a second chance...
I do computer building for a living, so it was only natural I would take the job when my boyfriend asked me to build him a computer. This was the case he picked, and I had some doubts at first and suspicions about quality before getting it... but he really wanted it so I gave in. First red flag I noticed was the fact that there was a screw missing which was supposed to be holding up the glass side panel, and not only that, but there was no cushioning behind one of the screws for the side panel too. Upon inspection of the parts bag, I found the pieces which were supposed to be there but it was really odd that someone wouldn't just put them on the PC... Next, when I opened the computer, there was a long hair stuck along the parts bag, which was really gross to remove. Not only that, but I heard a rattling sound from when I picked up the PC, so I looked for what was loose... It was two brackets that are meant for holding the GPU to the case, just probably being flung about inside during shipping, which could have damaged the internals of the case, or worse, the glass panel if it was thrown around enough. And then... there was the GPU brackets I had to remove. These are NOT the kind that can be re-attached. You have to basically pull them off. Also, do not try to install a water cooler to the top of the case. You have to attach a cooler to the front to prevent it from blocking the plugs at the top of the motherboard or the RAM sticks. Learned this the hard way. Finally, the RGB in the case is not working for me. My boyfriend doesn't consider it a big deal, and is happy with the computer anyway, but my god, all of this was pain. Fitting for the price point of the case, but next time, I'll just go with DIYPC. Their PC cases are cheaper but definitely better quality. Don't pay extra for just the sheet metal. ... show more

  • I don't even know
Style: X11 - i5 11400F & GTX 1650
As soon as I got the PC I plugged it correctly following directions and all. The computer stays on for only about 2 minutes before suddenly turning off completely. I haven't done anything to the computer whatsoever but I can't seem to keep it on for longer than 2 minutes. Very upsetting because I saved up for this computer and it isn't working, it's 89 degrees but I don't know how to cool it. Can I get help with this before I have to return? Update: I had to return because I could not troubleshoot the issue, Amazon support was very helpful in trying to start the issue but overall the computer was horribly put together and that is not amazon's fault. Don't buy this computer though, waste of money! ... show more
