I already said it in the title and the truth is, that's really all you need to know. It keeps beverages hot and or cold and it's not just for coffee. Hot chocolate it's great as well as broth, tea and soup. I got it on sale probably because of the awful color so I opted for the great deal. Just slap a cowboy's sticker on it so it's more manly. Teal? Yuck. Hey a deal is a deal right. These things are expensive but well worth it. I feel very blessed that I got a great deal on it. I love everything about it but the color. On the other hand, I can always tell which cup is mine. Ok enough complaining about the teal color. The magnetic sliding cover is awesome! No flipping the stupid kids no replacing them when they break. Yeti got it right! The design is simple and simple works. It says put on un even surfaces for example if you need to locate a spot to set it down and all you have available is not the best surface. This cup works for that issue. It's easy to stir your coffee because it has a large I'll call it a wide mouth. I mean it's truly an enjoyable experience drinking from this cup in every way. Yes! I highly recommend this product. Except for the color. My wife and daughters love the color. Yuck! Ok so spend double the price and get a cool color I chose the deal so I have to live with the color. Just ignore the color and think of the money I saved!

Anything yeti is a winner. It keeps cold things cold and hot things hot for hours. It’s a beautiful color. The shape of the mug is appealing, but I do need to say my husband collects every size cup thermos of yeti I have a cabinet full of nothing but yeti products I would highly recommend them.

I am OBSESSED with this sandstone color and with the YETI brand. I don't know how they do it, but this keeps my coffee hot for several hours at school. I also don't know if there is any scientific data to back this, but I swear it makes my lattes taste better to be in a cup like this rather than a tall one. Not to mention, it fits under my espresso machine. The ONLY downside is that it fits in exactly zero cup holders. But maybe that says more about cup holder designers than YETI. In any case, I would still buy this again and again. It's the best quality, nearly leak proof, comfortable to hold, and dishwasher safe on the top rack. I'm a huge fan of the mag slider and the ease of cleaning. I love my YETI!

Although billed as an outdoor mug, it's not sufficiently water-tight to carry on a hike, nor is it shaped to fit the cup holders in most vehicles. What it does do well is to sit in places where one would use a traditional coffee mug, as for example on one's desk. Unlike the fragile double-walled glass mugs inevitably break, the YETI Rambler is made of stainless steel and should last a lifetime. Unlike the heated mugs that have become popular, the YETI Rambler isn't tethered to a power supply, nor does it use any extra energy other than the original heat of the coffee itself. With a 14oz capacity, it holds more than a typical 8oz or 12oz mug, and it keeps it hot for hours. A number of reviews have suggested that the YETI Rambler is no bette than a conventional mug in keeping coffee hot. Used according to direction, that's simply not true. Heat rises and if the mug is left uncovered, no amount of insulation, vacuum or otherwise, will keep the heat from escaping out the open top. Although the plastic lid in't thermally insulated, it's sufficient to keep steam from escaping, carrying away most of the heat. The magnetic sider is ingenious and it further helps to keep the heat inside. Unfortunately, it's far too easy to forget to close it, allowing the coffee to cool more rapidly. Although not as easy to clean, the automatic opening mechanism on Contego commuter mugs does a more effective job at maintaining heat and preventing spills. That said, the form factor of the YETI Rambler is much more appropriate to a desktop and much less likely to be knocked over. One obvious shortcoming of the YETI Rambler is that it can't be placed in a microwave to reheat the contents. If one doesn't finish their coffee in the morning, they'll have to pour it out into a microwave-safe container in order to reheat it. However, having a hot mug of coffee that lasts all morning is well worth the tradeoff.
