YETI is simply amazing! I ordered one of these from Amazon, my mistake, and of course the mag slide topper thingy was not on the lid. Instead of going through the hassle with Amazon for a return, as the tumbler is still useable and great, I contacted YETI through Amazon and within minutes, YES MINUTES, I received a response that although I should go through Amazon’s return they will send me a new lid themselves. Wonderful customer service! My father also had a small issue where his tumbler just would not get that clean and stained the inside. They ended up sending him a new one no questions asked. I can’t begin to say enough good things about YETI. Yea, they’re not you’re cheap $5 travel mug, but we’ll worth the price for their customer service in itself. Their products are absolutely amazing too. My 20oz tumbler I have I filled with ice and iced tea in the middle of the day and the next morning it still had ice in it. My coffee stays hot from the morning until well into the afternoon. Can’t say enough good things! But I will definitely go through YETI themselves from now on to order products, even if it takes a little longer to get, as Amazon is just annoying when it comes to returns and Amazon’s packing isn’t great apparently. ... show more

I like it, but if you tilt it over with the lid shut, it still leaks some. Unhappy about that. Doesn’t keep coffee hot for too long so if you sip your coffee slowly, it will get cold relatively quickly.

Ok so I will admit that I forget things and for the purpose of this review we will focus on the fact I forget where I put my coffee ALL THE TIME!! The mug that keeps your coffee hot with an app is great if you happen to finish your cofee during its short battery life. But this bad boy here...oh to have hot coffee an hour later while still using a cute mug (I work over zoom so that is actually important!). I love actually finishing my coffee without having to reheat it 10x. A cup of tea that doesnt make me sad. Its the simple things in life. So go ahead and get this mug!! For the people that say it doesnt keep it hot...dunno I do put some hot water in it while my coffee brews and I make sure my coffee is steaming hot when I put it in there so that may help?? If you keep the vent closed you are good to go!! Enjoy your coffee forgetful people! We need it. ... show more

I got this Yeti mug as a gift and loved it so much that I gave it as a gift. Keeps my coffee/tea hot for hours. Looks great and feels great. I gave one to my mom and girlfriend and they both loved them. Will definitely buy again as a gift.

This coffee mug is very cute. I use it often for coffee and tea. Only issue is that your drink does not keep warm for hours.It is similar to a regular coffee mug. If you are looking for a mug that keeps warm try another design. This design works more like a regularly mug. One good thing is the cup opening is very large. I can see eating something out of it like oatmeal. Although I’ve not done that. ... show more

Perfect size! Keeps my coffee hot for well over an hour! Love the convenience of the handle because most yeti I have are tumbler style so it’s nice to have one that’s coffee mug style! I plan to order a couple more as everyone that comes over and drinks coffee loves it so will be nice to have more on hand! Might also get a few to give as gifts this Christmas! I LOVE the prickly pear color of this mug, & it is a “beefy” feeling mug. Love how chunky it is & how good it feels in my hand when drinking my warm, morning coffee HOWEVER it does NOT keep my coffee hot, or even warm, for a very long time.
