I have now tried my welder on both 120 and 240 volt on all settings . I am pleased to say that I am very impressed and pleased with the plasma cutter welder combo. A couple issues I faced but was able to over come with patients and persistence . When changing the liner to the teflon liner for aluminum welding the manual is backwards. You must remove the old liner from the back of the hose then insert teflon liner ( non cut end first )in the back of the hose and push until it comes out the front of the gun. Re instal tip and tighten. Place cap back on back of hose where you inserted the liner. Also, I found that the ground clamp does not get a solid connection with the work material so the arc was having a problem starting. I corrected this by changing the clamp to a better one I purchased from harbor freight . I sent an email to customer service with pictures explaining this to them and they responded quickly , thanking me for bringing the manual error to their attention and assured me they are working on correcting the information in the manual. I will definitely be buying more of these welders for family and friends. It is a very good welder that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

So far all ive used is the mig functions, and they work really well. When the unit and all that was included arrived the box looked beat up pretty bad, but nothing seems damaged, and what ive used of it, it functions as advertised. I will update as I use it.

When we purchased our unit it had the doors broken so we called and they said they were going to send a credit that we never received with repeated attempts. Then we used it and it worked great but we tried to use it again 7 months later and the plasma cutter didn't work presently trying to get help with the warranty but not having much luck. I'm hoping this REVIEW WILL be helpful in getting assistance. I will keep trying to get assistance. Thanks for listening.

It’s a great little welder for the Money however wish it would’ve came with gas gauges but it did not but I found them for cheap for under $100 so other than that it cuts pretty well for the plasma cutter. I have not used the mig welder. I’ve only used the Tig my only one complaint is the thumb throttle. I would rather a foot pedal to take the attention off of my hands which I will probably change but for everything set and done under $500. It’s actually a great little welder. I can’t complain. I have only cut 1/8 inch steel with it. I’m pretty sure it’ll do way more with a little more work but for the money great product.

Really wanted to love this machine and it's all metal wire feed assembly. On 110V it didn’t perform well, so I had a dedicated 220V line installed thinking that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, 220V didn’t perform much better. The plasma function is extremely hard to get an arc started, even after trying better consumables. What’s most frustrating is that everything seems control-based, not necessarily a lack of power. I randomly landed on settings a couple times where the machine actually ran great - amazing even - but I could not repeat those results. The knobs and display behavior are so inconsistent that it feels like the machine is not accurately tracking or controlling the settings being adjusted. The controls act strange when turning the knobs. The voltage and amperage jump into completely different scales instead of adjusting smoothly. It feels like the machine is switching between some kind of logarithmic and linear adjustment behavior, which is very weird and not confidence-inspiring. MIG is usable, but not great. The machine is choppy and inconsistent. The plasma function is basically not reliable enough to use because arc starting is so difficult. I don’t think this is a bad concept, and I could recommend this machine if the manufacturer fixed the control issues. When it randomly landed on the right settings, it actually performed very well. The problem is that the settings and knob behavior are too inconsistent to trust or repeat. At this point, I believe this unit is defective. I wanted this to be a good all-in-one machine, but based on my experience with this specific unit, I can’t recommend it as-is.
