I am super impressed with how this welder performs! Ive been welding for the past 13 years as my career and wanted to get a welder for at home for personal stuff! When I got it, I tried out the stick welding and it layed beautiful welds on 110v. I decided I would bring it into work and really put it to the test with aluminum mig. I spend 10 hours laying beads and this machine never backed down! I of course had to hook up the plasma cutter and a little finicky to figure out (have to start the ark on the material unlike some other brands) it worked beautifully. This machine exceeded my expectations and would recommend it as an affordable home owners machine that can do it all. I have yet to test out the tig, but I dont think ill be disappointed!

Finding a meaningful and practical gift for a student pursuing a trade can be a challenge, but this FEMEROL 6-in-1 machine was an absolute home run! I purchased this multi-process unit as a graduation gift for my son, who just completed his high school welding program and is heading off to the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) this fall. He was incredibly excited to unwrap it, and it has already proven to be the perfect tool to help him transition into his next stage of professional training. The absolute best part about this machine is its incredible versatility. Having FLUX/GAS MIG, HF TIG, Stick, Spot welding, and a built-in plasma cutter all in a single dual-voltage unit allows him to practice virtually every discipline he learns in school right from home. He has already put the plasma cutter and High-Frequency TIG setup to work on a few home projects, and he is thoroughly impressed by how clean the cuts are and how smooth and stable the arc initiation feels compared to basic shop equipment. The user-friendly interface is another huge standout feature. The synergic digital control makes setup incredibly simple by automatically matching the recommended current and wire speed based on material settings, which is fantastic for quick adjustments. I wish I would have sent it back it wasn't so inconvenient. Welder came broken, and without some the consumables and the stick lead. Trying to find the ceramic cones to fit is challenging, and the gas mig welding isn't very good. Welder is horrible for mig welding, Also the gas welding wire splatters almost as much as the flux-core. Tig is alright, plasma which is why i bought it, sucks. Highest setting barely goes through 18 guage. That is highest setting possible. Leaves a ton of slag so I am back to jigsaw with a metal blade. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay with a name brand multiprocess welder. More consistent,

This welder is awesome especially if you consider the price. My last welder had me feeling like I lost my skills. This one had me laying down what looked like snake skins and stacks of dimes. It's powerful and doesn't waste as much power as some others I've used. Still need to try out the plasma and tig but everything else works great.

I have now tried my welder on both 120 and 240 volt on all settings . I am pleased to say that I am very impressed and pleased with the plasma cutter welder combo. A couple issues I faced but was able to over come with patients and persistence . When changing the liner to the teflon liner for aluminum welding the manual is backwards. You must remove the old liner from the back of the hose then insert teflon liner ( non cut end first )in the back of the hose and push until it comes out the front of the gun. Re instal tip and tighten. Place cap back on back of hose where you inserted the liner. Also, I found that the ground clamp does not get a solid connection with the work material so the arc was having a problem starting. I corrected this by changing the clamp to a better one I purchased from harbor freight . I sent an email to customer service with pictures explaining this to them and they responded quickly , thanking me for bringing the manual error to their attention and assured me they are working on correcting the information in the manual. I will definitely be buying more of these welders for family and friends. It is a very good welder that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

It’s a great little welder for the Money however wish it would’ve came with gas gauges but it did not but I found them for cheap for under $100 so other than that it cuts pretty well for the plasma cutter. I have not used the mig welder. I’ve only used the Tig my only one complaint is the thumb throttle. I would rather a foot pedal to take the attention off of my hands which I will probably change but for everything set and done under $500. It’s actually a great little welder. I can’t complain. I have only cut 1/8 inch steel with it. I’m pretty sure it’ll do way more with a little more work but for the money great product.

I’m surprised at how well this welder does it job. I had a Lincoln welder that had issues welding thick metal, but this welder has multiple options. Some of the add ons could use a bit better quality, the connections for the gas line are a bit small to adapt to a tank, had to do some digging around to find a brass fitting that would allow me to use my argon tank, but other than that it’s worth the money. Had no troubles yet. It even has an option to tac weld you w/ a mig gun. Please read the Manual if you using this as a first time DIY. There are certain options you have for the type of gas used for you type of welding.. the instructions are pretty straightforward and it won’t take long to get your projects done. ✅
