Received machine no dents packaged was ok but went to flip the on switch on and zero Then I took it apart and yes opened it up only to find a wire inside from the factory was not connected so with that i placed the wire mind you where it belongs and put it back together and works not bad only I don't recommend just anyone opening up a machine without first just checking it out before doing any mods All in all works will update later once I try all the other functions

I have now tried my welder on both 120 and 240 volt on all settings . I am pleased to say that I am very impressed and pleased with the plasma cutter welder combo. A couple issues I faced but was able to over come with patients and persistence . When changing the liner to the teflon liner for aluminum welding the manual is backwards. You must remove the old liner from the back of the hose then insert teflon liner ( non cut end first )in the back of the hose and push until it comes out the front of the gun. Re instal tip and tighten. Place cap back on back of hose where you inserted the liner. Also, I found that the ground clamp does not get a solid connection with the work material so the arc was having a problem starting. I corrected this by changing the clamp to a better one I purchased from harbor freight . I sent an email to customer service with pictures explaining this to them and they responded quickly , thanking me for bringing the manual error to their attention and assured me they are working on correcting the information in the manual. I will definitely be buying more of these welders for family and friends. It is a very good welder that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

It’s a great little welder for the Money however wish it would’ve came with gas gauges but it did not but I found them for cheap for under $100 so other than that it cuts pretty well for the plasma cutter. I have not used the mig welder. I’ve only used the Tig my only one complaint is the thumb throttle. I would rather a foot pedal to take the attention off of my hands which I will probably change but for everything set and done under $500. It’s actually a great little welder. I can’t complain. I have only cut 1/8 inch steel with it. I’m pretty sure it’ll do way more with a little more work but for the money great product.

If you are attempting to TIG weld aluminum, you will be disappointed. The unit is HF TIG but only DC. You will have much better luck with AC HF TIG. I will be returning for an AC HF unit. Otherwise unit seems of decent quality and comes with lots of spare items. You will need tungsten for the TIG torch but seems to include everything else needed.

Delivered as described and on time. Will update this review once I've used it. Update 12/28/25 used for the first time with flux core wire on mild steel and it operates perfectly. The Syn operation that syncs wire speed automatically is flawless. Arc is instant and stable. So far it is on par with welders costing much more.

MiG works pretty well. Picked it up as a new welder and started mig welding pretty decent from the start. Can not get the tig to do anything, just spits out small streams of currents onto the metal. No product support to be found anywhere.
