The chair was well packaged - it came in a box that was about 3 ft. on each side. Assembly was quick & easy - just take your time when connecting the wires for the remotes and then fitting the back to the seat. The chair is comfortable, and while not a “wall hugger”, it does not take much space. The two wired “remotes” work perfectly; only cons are that the wire for the seat adjustment remote could be longer, and the massage/heat remote did not have instructions, but it’s not too difficult to figure out. I haven’t used the “stand up” feature yet (except to test it), but it will be great when the day comes that I’ll need it. Overall, it is a good value for the price. ... show more

I received my recliner massage chair well packaged and on time. I was happy to find that box was not damaged and when I opened box everything thing was nicely packaged. Couch was not tremendously heavy but you will need help carrying box. The assembly was very easy. You just have to snap backing of couch and connect the remote. Took like ten minutes to assemble. The massage remote is very easy to use and Couch is very nice and sturdy. I was very happy with the couch and my husband was too as I bought it for him because he is a hard worker and when he gets home he can now rest on his new couch and also get a massage. A little on the short side, but knew it was a smaller recliner when ordering. Comfy and massage works nice. Dark gray definitely has a Blue tint to it. Wish it was a little more gray

I went cheap. So I can’t complain too much! It’s not a bad chair, but it’s not one I look forward to snuggling into either. It’s adequate. Please note that the back sits back pretty far so if you want to sit up straighter you have to use a pillow

I got this recliner for be comfortable during my surgery recovery . I’m sooo glad I have it. I slept on it for two entire weeks and spent most of the day on it too. I also bought a fabric cover so I wasn’t cool of sweating. It lifts you up, so you don’t have to make any effort or use your arms I was looking on different furniture stores and other Amazon sellers, and without hesitation this was the best option: size, esthetic, functionality and price. We bought this for my 95 yr old mother in law. I am a nurse and had several concerns about how the lift chairs worked, but it worked absolutely perfectly for her. No more pain in her knees and she doesnt have to put as much pressure on her arms. The recliner reclines quite far back and she says it is very comfortable. We ended up buying a second one for my mom. I would recommend this for an elderly person who is not super wide - not a huge chair, and needs help standing.
