The media could not be loaded. Nice big couch, great bargain for the money. Seat cushions are comfortable, but the back cushions are a little flat. It does not come with an ottoman, but luckily we had one to fit perfectly within the middle cushions which makes the couch like a huge bed that a family of four could kick back and watch a movie in. It's very easy to assemble. Just screw in the legs on the three main sections. Then the section snap together. Then fasten the 3 backrests, one per section. You do have to take the the vacuum sealed cushions out of the box 48 to 72 hours before use. Cut the bag open and let them sit and absorb air for about 2 to 3 days, which is standard for any memory foam furniture. All In all, pretty comfortable and looks beautiful . ... show more

I got this couch about a month ago and so far I actually throughly enjoy it. For the price of this C sectional, it’s actually pretty comfortable. The back pillows are a bit thin and it’s a on the lower side to the ground, but other than that I like it. However there came with a welding problem when trying to screw in the metal back support for the couch. The screw couldn’t fit into the hole because there was a metal bead that was welded on. This was only on one screw thought so I just left it. The couch is pretty easy to assemble, the only difficult part was aligning the screws between the metal back supports and the actual couch. It did come on different days in different packages but the whole couch arrived within 3 days of each other. ... show more

I’m so happy with the choice I made when it came to purchasing these couches .. I mean everything about it to me putting it together in about 45 minutes, the comfort of the pillows, cushions & structure of the couch … only thing I will be adding is more Polly fill to fill the back pillows just for a little bit more support but that’s a super easy fix so overall I’ll still give these couches an easy 5stars…the legs are sturdy… so I would definitely say yes to whoever thinking about purchasing these it’s worth it … !!! ... show more

This couch is not what I expected. It came in three separate boxes on three separate days. It was very easy to put together on my own. It took me about one hour and a half. This couch is far from comfortable, and is very very low to the ground. I am 5 foot 9 and my legs hang off quite a bit on the ends. The pillows do not stay attached to the back of the couch and the armrest has no structure so you’re not able to really rest your arm. It is not something you would want in your main living room. I don’t have the patience or a large enough car to box all of this up and lug it to a UPS store for a return… I can’t stand it. I’m getting ready to sell it. ... show more

This couch is not terrible, but not great. It's a pretty decent size for the price. Assembly was easy. It's comfortable enough, but nothing special. The fabric the couch is made of feels very cheap. Also, there's no solid armrests, so if you lay completely down on this couch, you're going to be pretty much flat. There's nothing (not even like velcro or something) to hold the two top middle cushions in place, so they can just fall down. The couch and/or packaging also have a strong chemical-ish smell out of the box. Would I recommend this? No, not really. But at least the cats seem to like it. ... show more

Ignore all Negativity! This couch is a Perfect Apartment Size living room couch! I wanted something nice size, and not to bulky easy to get in the door and this was It. I am so glad I chose this Item, it was easy to put together (did it alone) and I brought the 3 boxes in my home by flipping and sliding them up the stairs to my upstairs apartment (alone) with no problem. Just waiting on my throws and the rest of my pillows to arrive! Also this pic was taken less the hour after the inflation of the pillows I'll be waiting the full 72 hours b4 sitting on it, Also I ordered velco for the backrest pillows so they can stay put. ... show more

Hands down best couch for the price. Perfect size for my family of 3. Comfortable and nice look. Give the back cushions sone good whacks and maybe add some batting or fluff (probably <$25 at Walmart) if you want fuller cushions but yeah I'm impressed.
