My first awning was damaged in the shipping box, and YESCAMP made it good. They even called me from China! Amazing customer service AND a great awning. I installed an 18ft on my 24ft enclosed trailer and had to weld in wall bracing for the awning arms. I also had to make sure the awning's track was screwed into something solid as well. Once that was done, this awning is perfect. Just as the video(s) describe and the installation video shows. Easy to adjust and works perfect. Don't hesitate, it's a great awning for the price. So good, that I'm now going to order another 18ft to replace the original 26yr old automatic awning on my Winnebago Chieftain. If the fabric holds up, it's a win/win!!! OH, and a bonus that I didn't see mentioned; the awning track that attaches above the awning tube/roller assembly has an LED Strip light mount (track that the led strip slides into), that is the width of the awning. Purchased for older Jayco 5wheel camper. This is a solid good awning. Would I buy it again? Yes! The instructions were a bit confusing, but all the info was there. I installed this awning to replace a manual awning, biggest issue was getting power to the switch and out to the awning motor. This installation took longer than expected, if your not willing to invest the time have someone else install this product. I’m satisfied with the quality and completed project. The awning is well made. Vinyl is thick and nicely decorated. We had some issues with receiving this product from fed ex, as they delivered to the wrong address to start. This product comes in 2 boxes which the seller does not indicate in the listing, but Fed Ex really did a bad job. The instructions are not that easy to figure out. We had already replaced an awning on an RV years ago, so we were sort of familiar with the procedure. Just be careful, because pics are not that clear either. Had an issue with the motor that turns the roller which opens and closes the awning. The seller was wonderful to work with on this issue and all in all everything worked out. ... show more

It was overwhelming thinking about replacing my Awning. A third set of hands goes a long way! We dove right in, after a good afternoons work it’s on and working great. The quality is just as good as the original awning. The powder coated paint on all the mechanical parts is top notch. Great buy, if you have just the basic knowledge of tools you should be good. Had to replace the original awning because it became tangled in a tree and the brackets bent and couldn't be repaired. [Don't judge. ;-) ] OF course it didn't fit exactly as the original. But worked fine to fix a broken awning. And it's a good price and the electrical and tension works better on the awning I replaced. Glad I found it. ... show more

We ordered this awning to upgrade our manual RV awning to an electric one. This is exactly what we wanted. It seems to be good quality, but I'll update this review after a summer in Yuma, AZ. It comes with almost everything you need for install, though instructions were hard to understand. But, all in all, a good purchase for a fair price. ... show more
