Description
Elevate workouts with YES4ALL high-quality sporting goods and reach peak performance at every rep Feel free to adjust the resistance strength of our twister bar by using the adjustable knot. 10 levels available can resonate with any needs, whether you’re a beginner or a professional. This ability to customize the strength helps avoid overtraining your muscles and ending up with injuries. This chest workout equipment uses hydraulic power in place of a spring for safe and stable resistance to the power twister. We hope you know that a spring power twister bar can be dangerous since its springback likely hurts you. It also breaks easily and imparts an unstable resistance strength that will weaken over time. The buckle works to hold handles together when the upper body exercise equipment is not in use. Thanks to this innovative design, you can carry the twister around and store it conveniently. Plus, this folding capability makes the product popular among people looking for space-saving options that still help triple their workout effectiveness. The PU handles of our chest expander for men offer a comfortable and firm grip. As the grips don’t become slippery in sweat, they pose no threat of any kind of injury. In this way, you can get more benefits out of your workouts.

Yes4All Wrist & Forearm Blaster – Turned my twig forearms into Popeye cannons in 8 weeks
Color: C. Grey
climb and do a lot of pull-up/bar work, but my grip was always the weak link (failed on 20-mm edges and couldn’t hang for more than 45 sec). Bought this $26 Yes4All wrist roller on a whim and it’s now the single most effective grip tool I own. Build & what you get Solid 1.5" diameter knurled steel handle (grips like sandpaper, no spinning) Thick 8 ft nylon rope that doesn’t fray Beefy carabiner and a smooth chrome-plated weight holder that takes standard or Olympic plates Comes with a 5 lb standard plate in some listings – mine did, nice bonus Real-world gains Week 1: Could barely do 3 full rolls with 10 lbs without my forearms exploding. Week 8: Knocking out 5 sets of 45-50 lb rolls (both directions) for 8-10 reps. My forearms went from 11.8" to 13.4" cold, veins everywhere, and I can now dead-hang a 20-mm edge for 70+ seconds. Pinch strength and crush grip are through the roof too. Why it works so well Hits flexors AND extensors equally when you roll both ways (most people skip extension and stay imbalanced) Super portable – throw it in my gym bag and use it as a finisher 3-4× week Zero wrist pain because the motion is perfectly smooth Only two tiny nitpicks The knurling is aggressive – great for grip, but wear gloves the first week or you’ll shred your palms Rope is a little stiff out of the box (5 minutes of use and it’s fine) For $26 this thing is stupidly effective. I was about to drop $120 on a Fat Gripz + Captains of Crush combo, but honestly this single tool gave me 90 % of the results for 1/5th the price. If you climb, do CrossFit, strongman, arm wrestling, or just want forearms that scare small children, buy this now. Already ordered a second one for my garage so I never have an excuse to skip forearm day again. 10/10 – best bang-for-buck grip tool on Amazon, period.

Good piece of equipment
Color: C. Grey
Great piece of equipment with a lot of versatility. I use to warm up before arm and chest day and noticed much better performance on the days I warm up with it vs without. Has also held up very well and still stable. Have worked my way up to setting 13 so far. Adjustability of resistance is very nice.

Wow this product is amazing. Real pleased with the results that it delivers. Only had it for a short time and my arms and chest have really started to change. My grip strength really improved very quickly. I also use between my legs for hip strengthening. I am 75 years old and can out press my 25 year old grandson.

Great buy. Great exercise!! Great for older people who don't want to be sneered at in a gym.
Color: C. Grey
Received this machine today and tried it out. It is exactly what it says it is, and exactly what I was hoping for. It comes completely assembled, and very easy to use and understand. I only wish it came with a comprehensive list of exercises that can be done with this machine. However, with a quick search, I found many workouts that can be done with a machine like this. I am getting older and starting to lose weight due to muscle loss. This machine will remedy that, no doubt. I have a couple of heavy dumbbells that I will now give to someone that can use them.

Broken after 14 Mos of Almost Daily Use
Color: C. Grey
This arm blaster device worked pretty good for fourteen months- I used it 5-6 times/week at levels 4-8 then all of a sudden today experienced a loud "CRACK" and one of the support bars snapped clean off!!! It offered me good resistance and fairly smooth operation, but I'm left w/ no choice but to choose a different manufacturer when I replace it.

Effective and Efficient
Color: C. Grey
Believe it or not, this thing actually works really well. I'm using specifically for chest, I'm in tree business and while I'm getting exercise and stengh it's all legs, back shoulders and arms but very little chest workout, so I was looking for something simple yet effective and I'm pleasantly surprised how efficient this is for getting a very specific muscle burning after 5 mins. I recommend, and so far this specific tool from this brand seems to be high quality.
