Bought this $26 Yes4All wrist roller on a whim and it’s now the single most effective grip tool I own. Build & what you get Solid 1.5" diameter knurled steel handle (grips like sandpaper, no spinning) Thick 8 ft nylon rope that doesn’t fray Beefy carabiner and a smooth chrome-plated weight holder that takes standard or Olympic plates Comes with a 5 lb standard plate in some listings – mine did, nice bonus Real-world gains Week 1: Could barely do 3 full rolls with 10 lbs without my forearms exploding. Week 8: Knocking out 5 sets of 45-50 lb rolls (both directions) for 8-10 reps. My forearms went from 11.8" to 13.4" cold, veins everywhere, and I can now dead-hang a 20-mm edge for 70+ seconds. Pinch strength and crush grip are through the roof too. Why it works so well Hits flexors AND extensors equally when you roll both ways (most people skip extension and stay imbalanced) Super portable – throw it in my gym bag and use it as a finisher 3-4× week Zero wrist pain because the motion is perfectly smooth Only two tiny nitpicks The knurling is aggressive – great for grip, but wear gloves the first week or you’ll shred your palms Rope is a little stiff out of the box (5 minutes of use and it’s fine) For $26 this thing is stupidly effective. I was about to drop $120 on a Fat Gripz + Captains of Crush combo, but honestly this single tool gave me 90 % of the results for 1/5th the price. If you climb, do CrossFit, strongman, arm wrestling, or just want forearms that scare small children, buy this now. Already ordered a second one for my garage so I never have an excuse to skip forearm day again. 10/10 – best bang-for-buck grip tool on Amazon, period.

I was skeptical about this at first because it looks pretty simple but after a few weeks of consistent use my forearms are noticeably bigger and my grip has improved a lot. You can do it while watching TV which makes it easy to actually stick to using it. The build quality is solid and it handles heavier weights without any issues. My only small note is the knurling is pretty aggressive on your hands at first so give your skin a week to toughen up before going heavy.

The twister arm exerciser is a really good product. You can adjust the twister from 22 to 440 lbs just by turning a dial. The dial itself has very little resistance to you can do it with 2 fingers (or at least I could). It weighs 5 lbs so it's not heavy at all. It's hydraulic system so it's safer than a spring system. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good workout.

Received this machine today and tried it out. It is exactly what it says it is, and exactly what I was hoping for. It comes completely assembled, and very easy to use and understand. I only wish it came with a comprehensive list of exercises that can be done with this machine. However, with a quick search, I found many workouts that can be done with a machine like this. I am getting older and starting to lose weight due to muscle loss. This machine will remedy that, no doubt. I have a couple of heavy dumbbells that I will now give to someone that can use them.

The bolts on this arm exerciser were never tightened, many of them fell off on the first use, which of course causes your arms to fly toward each other, potentially slamming into each other, potentially breaking something, or overload and strain your muscles as it gives away. With everything tightened its easy to use until the bolts fly off again, which happens very regularly, this thing is a perma-safety hazard, poorest of the poor quality. It does what it advertises some of the time, its portable to a massive fault, very adjustable but it gave away on a low setting, so I would be worried for when it gives out when there's more weight.
