Very solid set, I had bought a set before these that were hollow and had rubber hands. These are much better, very sturdy, feel like commercial gym attachments. The only thing I could not pick is the tricep push down where the back of your palms meet the circles, could use some sanding so the edges of the circles aren’t so rough, which can be fixed with some sanding or some tape to cover. Other than that, the knurl is great, the tricep rope has RUBBER ends which is nice for over head tricep movement where the ends are pushed together (plastic ones slip against each other) ... show more
