So m I purchased the straight bar to do tricep press downs and bicep curls. I’ll get to the negative part first... Yes, my straight bar arrived with rust inside the parts that swivel so the smoothness of the bar was subpar out of the box. I’m guessing that this bar was probably sitting in a warehouse for quite some time. So all I needed to do was add some lubricant oil to the parts that moved and that fixed that problem. I do wish the bar was about 4 inches wider but all in all it’s a great little bar. The chrome finished looks nice and the groves handles work extremely well. Go ahead and order one but just know you’re gonna need to add oil before using...

This handle was purchased to replace the missing side of a pair. It is smaller than regular size, and it is obvious that the handle is asymmetrical, one side being noticeably longer than the other side. It is very difficult to grasp the handle properly. Very disappointed with product. Would not endorse at all!

I bought this to go with our Home Gym setup. As others have mentioned there are no bearings on the rotating joint. Its just metal on metal contact. As it appears this spent some time sitting in storage as there was rust in the rotating joint that made the movement very rough when using it. But there is also a small hole on the backside of it. A little WD-40 in the hole, cleaned out all the rust, then I added some lubricating oil. Now it rotates great with no resistance. Almost as smooth as bearings. For the finish there was one small spot where the chrome platting had chipped off, but it was minor. Over all for the price great value. No point in spending 2x or 3x as much for some brand name part that will be only marginally better.

These work great! Super strong handles. I ordered two for my Wall Mounted Pulley from Titan Fitness and they work great! I broke my cloth/plastic handle and had to upgrade to something stronger. Giving 4 stars because the thickness between the two handles is a little off (one is slightly thicker than the other) and the knurling is smooth on one handle. They work great, but would like a more aggressive knurling as an enhancement. One handle did arrive squeaky, but a little WD-40 fixed that. The other handle seemed to have a little oil on it and didn't squeak.

Color: Tricep Rope + Single D Handle
Only issue I have with this set is that the Rope has trouble with staying exactly the same length on either side of the connection. Hard to explain but it’s like the strand of rope disallows it from balancing properly. So when I do a tricep extension, one arm has to go down further than the other. Kind of annoying but not a deal breaker. The single single arm handle is good but does make a high pitched sound when using it, due to metal on metal rubbing. Again, not a dealbreaker. Just annoying.

The part that’s welded to the top, which connects to the cable, was lopsided and way off center. Also had rust in the weld. Horrible manufacturing quality. Had to return it.

Well, for you to know this handle is usually the defected ones that comes out for the factory as it seems from what I got and from the other’s reviews I saw before buying , the handle I got and where you attach the cable that part obviously defected , misplaced , but it does the job I got it for after all, for the price I can’t really complain much, just thought it I would receive a lil bit more quality than that.

Item arrived with the following flaws. Rotating collar was rusted and a very sloppy fit. The bar itself is heavy and appears to be a solid item. The cable interface loop has several large burrs that interfered with cable rotation within the rotating collar loop. I simply had had enough dis-information from this Seller so I choose to not return the product and make repairs to the item myself so that is would be functional. I packed the rotating collar with synthetic grease, scuffed off the surface rust, coated it this a protective sealant and de-burred the rotating collar cable interface loop. Maybe a low price is worth it to you to get a product that requires repairs to make it function... that was not what I had in mind when I purchased this product.
