These are a total game-changer for strength workouts. Perfect for farmers carry or other loaded carries, and much more flexible than having to buy a ton of heavy dumbbells. I also like to do dumbbell shrugs, but again I do not have a lot of heavy dumbbells, and these work perfectly for that. I put 125 pounds on each one this morning...no problem whatsoever. I was concerned that these would be flimsy...definitely not the case. Super sturdy. Great value for the price. This will transform my shoulder workouts. These don't hold enough weight to win the World's Strongest competition, but they probably hold more weight than you would want to Farmer's Walk with. The handles, posts and the rest of the structure are solid. The spring clips are basic, but at least it comes with clips, and you get some hand strength reps included with operating the spring clips. It's a little tricky to lift off with these. They don't stand on their own. You have to lean them on something or go down to the ground to pick them up. Same goes for dropping them at the end of rep and/or failure. Find something to lean them on, or at least watch your toes. They load easiest on a flat, sturdy surface, such as the ground. Which is where you'll most likely start the exercise. Recall the lift-off issue. Yes4All is a great company. They are my go-to brand when you drop down into this accessory category, such as handles, pads, balls, etc. You know what? If you walk around with a 45 lbs plates in each hand you're doing Farmer's Walks. Maybe not the safest and most precise way, but it's the same exercise. Now try carrying a 45 lbs plate plus a 25 lbs plates in each hand and walk around. See, now you need the Farmer's Walk Handles. Farmer's Walk Handles are right on the dividing line between equipment and accessory. If you are a big Farmer's Walk enthusiast and/or Strongman competitor, you'll need something more robust. If Farmer's Walk are just a warm-up, stability exercise or cardio for you then these Yes4All Farmer's Walk Handles should get the job done. ... show more

These mini farmer's walk handles boasts a craftsmanship and build quality that belies its low price point. The handles are well balanced and the grips, though lacking knurling, feel good and secure in the hands. The implement throughout sports a powder coat that is of higher quality than what one usually finds in a "budget item" like this (think Titan Fitness lol). The two spring collars that come included with the handles are not anything special, but they get their job done. Trivially, the only complaint I have is that the brand logo should be more permanent (e.g. etched, or painted), as the stickers came off pretty easily from mine. ... show more

Tiny aluminum buckle doesn't even make contact with with belt. They advertise it like the handle is aluminum but it's not, weak plastic that breaks with even 60 pounds. When the buckle slips, not only does it cause the belt to lengthen, but the belt will get very narrow around the handle, causing friction burn. Very hard to set up. Also the "nylon" will totally rip on anything. Definitely not worth the price, this item is a ripoff. ... show more
