Needs to have a plate attached to the anchoring screw on the bracket, otherwise works great. I had to put a small piece of wood in between to keep it from scratching the paint.

I needed something to add to my squat rack, and this was a simple addition. It sits easily under my rack with an easy bolt to tighten it. So far it's held up well over the last nine months or so. I'd advise keeping it in a rear corner if you're loading multiple 45# plates on your bar as it will side fractionally. Great product at a great price!

EXCELLENT. VERY WELL BUILT, SOLID, WITH A VERY NICE FINISH AND COLOR. As seen in the photo, I made some modifications to mine to make it more compact and make it look like part of the rack. Something that isn't necessary because it can be adapted to the rack in different ways. It comes very well packaged and is quickly delivered.

This is a high quality home gym accessory that's super easy to install. I simply slid it under the post on my smith machine and tightened the adjustment screw and I was done. It easily turns in multiple directions without sticking. The metal used is super thick and it was built to take a beating. None of the product pictures show the inside of the tubes but they have a backing that stops the poll from slipping out.
