I was inspired to get this stepper since my home gym is under construction and is only open during the day while I’m at work! It’s compact and it comes with a mat! I love that aspect and it slides right under my bed out of the way! It’s very easy to use and is providing me with getting my cardio in all in the comfort of my own home! Had it for about 4 minutes. The internal system on the left side broke as other comments say. I waited almost two weeks for it the first time and now have to wait another for the replacement. Will update if the next one is better quality. Will return and not get again if it breaks internally again, this is too much money for not good quality.

I started lifting weights this summer with my mom and sister on zoom, using the book Strong Women Stay Young (which I strongly recommend!). I have pairs of dumbbells up to 10 lbs each (5, 8, 10) but was having a hard time finding 12 and 15 pounders for my next bump up in weight, and decided to get the YesForAll 105 pound pair. I doubt I'll ever get up to lifting 50 lbs each arm, but it is nice not to worry about it. I set up the dumbbells for 12.5 lbs each in the photo, and left the rest stacked in a corner. It only took a minute to set up the dumbbells and they feel very secure and well balanced. Aside from some chipped paint on the weights, which doesn't bother me too much, this is a high quality set of weights that I should be able to use for years. I'm very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. I enjoy this type of machine as I purchased the Ab Coaster version before this one, in 2023, so purchasing this one in Feb. 2024 I expected it to last much longer. However this machine broke internally on the left bar as my client was performing pushups. My client weighs 125 lbs. so I was very confused as to how this could happen. Tried disassembling to repair to no success. I feel like the fault does not lie with my client nor myself but within the integrity of this machine’s internal system. Again my Ab Coaster version still works perfectly and I’ve had men and women above 125 lbs. use it multiple times as clients. Just saying.

You can tone your abs and other parts of the body it show this in the exercise paperwork and it can easily fold up under a bed for storage great device without having to strain your body and is made of steel and has comfortable pads for your back when using too!!!
