Prefer to pack in Vacuum Bags for Traveling instead of compression cubes. I am 5'7" and 165lbs. I bought XL. Fits loose but the band around the waist gives a nice snug contour to my silhouette. So amazon recommended I get a L when I'm 5'3" 150 lbs. It fits but it is a tight fitting which wasn't what I was looking for and gave it to my daughter. I wanted something more loose so I bought another at the next size up and it is perfect, not overly constricting and I can still wear a few thinner layers underneath without feeling bulked up. I tried jacket on and it did fit however when I took it off the interior seemed to shed on to my clothes. The fabric is not as nice as some hoodies I’ve seen. The weight and bulkiness would take forever ever to dry out if rained on. And it was packaged in a heat seal that created creases that after hanging up for a week were still not disappearing.
