I use this every day in my work where I have a lot of meetings. I previously had a Plantronics headset and I really loved it too. But this one is much better in quality and design. The battery life is excellent as well. As mentioned, I'm in meetings virtually all day and using this all day and it sits comfortably on my ear, people hear me great, and it lasts all day long. As a bonus, I like to get up and walk when not on camera and I can essentially go anywhere in my house (at about 3400 sq. feet - 1 story) and it can reach without any problems. So I can get up to go get coffee or water - go to the bathroom during a meeting (ha! not really, but I could!) and it will do the trick. Highly recommend. It's a fantastic product and believe me, I use it enough to know if it didn't work great.

Very clear audio for both myself and team. On headset mute button. Easy to use. On headset volume dial. Easy to use. Hook over ear. Very comfortable. Does not insert into ear. Can wear all day. Case VERY useful. If you stand in case it will stay connected to computer and stay charged. Rest for quick use. Storing in case disconnects from computer and charges headset. IMPORTANT: headset must be removed to charge case battery. If charging car with headset inserted it will only charge headset. Minor issue.

OK, I'd LOVE to give this product 5 stars. I use it for recording my cueing when I'm teaching yoga/fitness classes. It's super comfortable on my ear, very light, stays put. It's got great quality - my voice sounds clean, clear, and full - good "proximity effect" characteristics. And it's really EXCELLENT at cancelling all the extraneous noise. In fact, it's actually *too good* for my purposes - I want my breath cadence to be recorded, too. I would even like a little of my background music to float into the recording. So - what's the solution? Ideally, I'd like to be able to turn the noise cancellation OFF when I'm using it for this purpose. Unlike the Plantronics 5200, which has an easily accessible "turn it off" function, this Yealink does not appear to have that capability. Supposedly it can be done in software (Yealink USB Connect), but so far, that has not worked at all. So - bummer. It could have been a perfect product. By the way, I tried three other products: * The Plantronics 5200 (voice was tinny, noise cancellation excellent) * Ngsod Bluetooth Headset Wireless Earpiece - Muffled voice and "cheap-sounding" noise cancellation * Earbuds Wireless Earpiece Bluetooth Headset with Noise Canceling Mic - Muffled voice and "cheap-sounding" noise cancellation

Fits good and sound quality is great. I have had no issues with anyone saying they cannot hear me. My issue is with the connection once it is powered on. The initial pairing was flawless, but anytime I turn it on it takes 5-10 seconds to connect to my phone. In comparison my Plantronics headset connects almost instantly. Why this is an issue for me: I don’t wear it all the time but have it next to me for when the phone rings. I turn it on and by the time it connects it’s too late to answer it with the headset. Again, I do this with my Plantronics (2 different models) and it answers as soon as I power it on. It’s too late for me to return so it just sits

I was a Plantronics guy for years. Found this and it was rated high. Initially, I was not happy with some things, like you cannot plug it directly into a cord to charge( you must have the charger) and the size and location of the on and answer buttons. A month later, I love this thing! Everyone can hear me clearly and I can hear them. Comfortable to wear, I have tiny ear canals, and the small pads fit. Charges quickly and has great battery life. Buy this one!

Prior to getting the Yealink BH71 Pro Bluetooth Earpiece, I had the Yealink WH630. The BH71 model is NOT easy to keep in place with the over the ear set up. It interferes with wearing glasses, always feels like it is going to fall off, and sometimes does. However the sound quality is great. The Yealink notification stand that lights up when you're on the phone does not work with the BH71 at all. The range for the BH71 is very minimal. The WH630 range was extraordinary. When testing all of these wireless headsets, maybe a field study with "real working class" employees would help work out the kinks. Working in a construction location this brand does not work well at all. Other than the quality of sound and the number of hours it stays charged. Everything else is really disappointing.

I've had too many Zoom and Teams meetings go haywire on me with other Bluetooth headsets. Randomly I couldn't hear them, or they couldn't hear me. So I decided to upgrade my situation and spend a few extra bucks on this one. We use their phones at work so it was a brand I recognized. Audio is crystal clear and it's very comfortable. Sometimes I can't tell I'm wearing it. When I had my next Teams meeting someone commented on how good it sounded. They could tell I was using new hardware. This also resolved all of my Bluetooth headset related issues. I've had no failures since I started using this.
