My customers say that I sound robotic. When a call comes through the volume doesn’t work. When I try to hit the telephone on the headset it hangs people up. I am getting money taken away because of these headsets. The connection was not easy. The quality isn’t great at all the cords bend easily. The ear piece is already peeling off. Not happy at all. I work from home for an insurance company, and the headset was very comfortable to use, but unfortunately, after about five calls, it was just constantly cut out. Other than that, I was really disappointed that I had to return it, but it just was not compatible with the systems that my company uses. We use a phone system called “8x8”.
