This product came without the actual tools as shown. The box states they should have been in there. Also, the main unit came used with the inside of the head covered in somebody else’s body acne. Gross.

I was skeptical at first, but this blackhead remover actually worked better than I expected. I have oily skin and always struggle with clogged pores on my nose and chin. After steaming my face for a few minutes, I used the device on the lowest setting, and it pulled out a surprising amount of gunk without hurting my skin. The suction is strong, so I definitely recommend starting low and moving slowly to avoid red marks. It came with different heads, which was helpful for hard-to-reach areas. The instructions could be a bit clearer, but it’s easy to figure out after a try or two. Overall, it's a solid tool for deep cleaning pores. My skin felt smoother and looked clearer after a few uses. I'd recommend it if you're consistent and gentle with it!

I bought this device because I get a lot of white dots and around my nose and I used it for the first time and I did see that it removes the points from my face. For the best result, put on a towel as warm as you can stand it so that the pores open.
