I have been using this for a couple of months and while I find it hard to keep a nighttime routine, this skin care tool is always the first thing I look forward to doing. I began to see a difference. I would like to start off by saying this product certainly works and I’ve noticed quite the difference from using it. HOWEVER, the quality of the product is not there. I originally purchased November 2024 by January 2025 I had to reach out for a replacement because the lights continued to work but the vibrate/pulse/heat function stopped working. Amazon was able to replace and the replacement seemed promising, lasting longer than the original. After 7 months of use the replacement will no longer turn on at all. Do not recommend this product as it seems to only have a lifespan of a few months.

I did like this item, it was great. I used it everyday and saw a difference, less puffiness. BUT, theb it just stopped working. It won't turn on. Even after the light turns green indicating its charged.

It's super easy to use, switch between lights with a click of a button, it glides over my skin, I've been using it for a while although not real consistent and while I don't see super dramatic results I do see some maybe I'd see more if I used it more often, I would definitely buy it again should anything happen to the one I have and I would recommend it to family & friends.
