The packaging was very deceiving because the mattress pad was shrink wrapped and couldn’t really be seen. However, once opened, it enlarged to a beautiful, fluffy and soft mattress pad. My daughter indicated that it was like sleeping on a cloud. She was concerned about the cooling, which she didn’t want, and fortunately she didn’t notice any cooling.
