I purchased this type cover in September. It was like new, and great at first - I really liked it. I have used it with care, however after 3 months, it doesn't work properly. The magnetic works well: my surface 4 realizes the type cover, but I can neither type anything nor use trackpad. To use it, I have to lift the type cover 45 degree, then I can type as usual.     • Too easy to hit two keys at once
This isn't the one I wanted. The one in the picture that I bot had the smaller buttons with separation, which I find easier to type on. The one they delivered was with the larger buttons with no separation. Too easy to hit two keys at once. Spend way too much time fixing typos.

Does everything you'd expect a high quality keyboard to do. Its trackpad is highly responsive, keys have surprisingly deep travel and feedback and the backlighting is a plus. Can be folded back when you are using the pen and tablet. Also acts as a screen protector. It feels good to touch, almost rubbery..organic. If you buy a surface pro 4, I highly recommend that you get an accompanying keyboard as well. ... show more

    • Like new, even though it was labeled as refurbished!
Mine was was delivered in practically new condition. No problems and everything works! Not sure about whether or not the savings will be worth the lack of warranty on it, but I can't see it breaking anytime soon.

    • Keys not working
I bought this cover for my Surface Pro 4. I received the first cover as advertised. However several keys did not work. I returned it for a replacement with no issues. Received the second cover and the Enter Key doesn't work. Requested a refund
