This was a good buy! I got it on a special. But even if I didn't get it on sale I still would have purchased it. This is so soft yet firm you don't get that squishy feeling when you land the bed. What you receive is a welcoming pillowy body contouring reception. No tossing and turning to find a comfortable spot and if you have back issues like I do sleeping on my back is not something I enjoy but I tried it with this mattress topper and it wasn't too bad. My advice buy it try it if you don't like it return it! I have a feeling that you'll keep it ❤️

So my setup/evaluation of this product is actually rather comical. I had it for a day or two before I decided that I had the energy to pull everything off of my bed and put this on it. It came in a compressed bag, which was surprising to me for a mattress pad, since I didn't expect it to have quite as much "fluff." After I cut the containment bag, this thing grabbed oxygen and increased in size by about 3 times. I unfolded it out halfway, and was blown away by how soft and squishy it seemed. I was pretty exhausted the day I decided to pull it out, so... I just kind of... laid down on it (yes, without properly attaching it to my mattress or putting sheets on it). It feels like an incredibly high-quality comforter with evenly distributed and high-quality baffling. The next thing I knew, both of my dogs jumped onto the bed and were so impressed with the squishiness factor that they both decided they were sleeping on it, on their backs. (They only do this on the most comfortable of surfaces). Although I'm slightly embarrassed about my thwarted application attempt of this mattress pad, I tell it in full disclosure here--since I feel it is necessary to properly attest to the texture, composition, and level of comfort this thing provides. We slept on it all night, folded halfway, like a giant squishy blanket wrapped around all of us. I didn't really regret it and still found it very nice once *properly* applied to my mattress and layered with my sheets and blankets. This is truly a divine mattress pad. I am a huge proponent of having a comfortable bed, so I already have a memory foam mattress with a 3" memory foam mattress topper. This mattress pad transformed my memory-foam comfortable bed into a full pillow-top mattress level comfortable bed. I would absolutely recommend this item for anyone looking for comfort, texture, and ease of application. The sides are extra long, so it's easy to tuck under the mattress so that it does not get pulled out. Definitely a 5-star item; I would give more stars if I could.
