Good š
Color: Black
So far, so good We've been using this for several times now and so far no problems with the battery. It charges normally and still holds a good charge. We use it for family parties and sometimes just for fun on the weekends. Sound is good and everything works like it should. Hope it last a long time because the kids really love it!

BEWARE of receiving an inferior replacement
Color: Black
The product was misrepresented. My first JYX karaoke machine was a (15v 1.5A) machine (April, 2025). I ordered a new one to replace the first (same price, same look) (Oct 2025) and I only found out two months agoā¦ that I was sent a (DC 5V) machineā¦same priceā¦ same look. The USB connector broke off. When I went to replace it thru JYX, May, 2026, I found that the second machine was inferior to my first machine. Customer service refused to do anything about it because it was purchased nine months ago. I was hung up on by the āsupervisorā. So much for customer service. JYX said that itās possible Amazon filled the order from a slightly different production run with different internal specs or variant. BEWARE what you are getting from Amazon! They may be sending you an inferior product.
