1st order, used-like-new was open-box. Well re-packaged but the HDMI port was loose and kept disconnecting from TV hence it had to go back, kudos to Amazon support to make this process easy. Ordered new 2nd time. Setup was straight forward. Just connect HDMI cable to TV and two power cables, one for soundbar and another for subwoofer. Subwoofer connects to soundbar automatically and wirelessly. One thing though, included HDMI cable was little stiff and I had to use other cable to keep setup tidy. Since then soundbar is working great. Spoken content is now easier to understand, bass works great with subwoofer. I enjoyed NBA playoff and movies. Game works well, too with low latency. It sounds good even at lower volume level. And I don't hear complaint from my family in the night. Super happy. ... show more

Great sounding soundbar. Easy to setup, excellent spatial imaging and the voice clarity feature is very helpful for many shows. If you have a big room and like loud volume, this probably falls short. Otherwise great for most setups

Style: Wireless Subwoofer
Sound quality is OK. Subwoofer works well, not super boomy and doesn't really do LFE but it provides balanced bass frequencies. Clear voice pulls up dialog without excessive artifacting. Surround mode 2 provides an ok sound stage. Atmos overhead effects are completely absent, if you want that look elsewhere. This is a 2.1 system that is effectively a center channel speaker that pulls up dialog and has decent bass. It's not very surroundy. Connection was no muss no fuss. Plugged in to EARC port with supplied cable and everything just worked. I did need to upgrade my appleTV cable to hdmi 2.1 to get proper surround from some Apple TV apps but with that change everything works seeemlessly. Music playback works okay but the narrow distance between the speakers yields a narrow sound stage. Atmos music tracks are so so. All in all I'm satisfied with the value having gotten it on offer for $230 but when circumstance allow I'll be upgrading to a proper ATMOS system with upfiring speakers. ... show more
