I assembled this alone so I knew it would be slightly more challenging, but the directions, while easy to follow may difficult for some since it's almost entirely pictorial depictions of what to do with very few written instructions to guide you along the way. I was able to figure it out but would have loved more written instructions to supplement visuals. That said, it is a great, sturdy, visually appealing bed! I’m surprised by the quality. It’s very sturdy and it looks great! Definitely really high value for the money. My only suggestion would be to add the directions of pieces to the instructions so it’s easier to read. Nothing to bad. It took me and my wife around 45 minutes to assemble it.
