The media could not be loaded. They were easy to put together, I think it took about an hour from unboxing for each frame. You have to put it all together! The bars just sit inside the frame. High enough to store things under. I recommend getting mattress stoppers. I had to order some separately. If the bed is not up against a wall it will slide off, specially if it’s a light mattress. I bought the gold which is beautiful and I bought the black which is stylish. I like that it’s not to bulky, they don’t take up any extra room. Love that it had a head and foot board. Love that you have so much room underneath for storage. I would buy again. These work perfectly for what I need and wanted to create for my niece and nephews room. First The product is just as pictured. It is also very nice for the price! We did end up getting a frame that one of the screws was not screwing into the hardware. Almost like the whole wasn’t big enough. I contacted Customer service that day and the next day they got back to me and offered to send the part I needed or a partial refund. I decided to just wait for the part I needed. They sent it out quick and I got it about 5 days later. They sent 4 of the hardware I needed! The person was quick and respectful. I bought 2 of these bed frames, they are perfect for kids, getting ready to buy another one. Lot of space under bed, and easy to move around. We love them.

    • It's not what I expected
So, it was easy to assemble and the color looks nice, but it was kind of flimsy after a few uses. My 3 and 4 year old were able to unscrew a few screws just by hand and the support inserts were either hard to insert or just sat loosely in place. This seems to be a bedframe you'd use more for decoration or maybe if you rarely have guests overnight. It's not an every day use kind of frame. ... show more

Overall great product. I did not give 5 stars because one of the pre-drilled holes in the leg post wasn’t drilled enough to fit the screw in so the footer is only connected with 1 screw on the right side. I think it should be ok. I’m 120lbs and 5’4” but I am hoping my taller and heavier guests do not run into issues. ... show more
