We got this rocking chair for our nursery in preparation for our baby’s arrival. As first-time parents, we didn’t have a lot of experience choosing the right rocking chair, but this one seemed to fit the bill. Pros: ✅ Very Comfortable – The padded cushions make it a cozy spot to relax. ✅ Easy to Clean – We got the leather version, which feels like it’ll be simple to wipe down, especially during feeding times. ✅ Convenient Pockets – Pockets on both sides are great for storing little items. ✅ Beautiful Aesthetic – The chair adds a lovely pop of character to our all-white nursery furniture. ✅ Spacious – The size means I can comfortably sit with the baby once they’re older, which is a nice bonus. Cons: ⚠ Quite Large – The chair is pretty huge. I’m 5’4”, and my feet don’t quite touch the ground, which makes rocking a little difficult. However, I solved this by getting a small footstool, and now it’s much easier. ⚠ Takes Up Space – Although it fits in the nursery, it’s larger than I expected, so if you’re working with a smaller room, this is something to consider. Overall, this chair is beautiful and functional. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, style, and practicality, just a bit big for smaller spaces. I loved the color I ended up choosing and the set up wasn’t too difficult, even in my 7th month of pregnancy. It came in great condition and a couple days sooner than expected. They sent a couple extra screws and that definitely helped when putting it together. The chair is actually great in size. It’s much bigger than I had pictured, however I didn’t measure the space we had. It’s great for just sitting, lounging, or even reading. We haven’t had any issues with it at all but rocking the chair is a tiny bit difficult because I’m so short and it doesn’t glide very easily. That doesn’t bother me much because I love everything else about it so much more. My cats all love it and we can’t wait for baby to enjoy it as well. ... show more

We put two of these in our master bedroom. Perfect size, shape, and color and love that the rockers are darker wood (most of what we were looking for had light wood, which didn’t go with our room). Very solid and quiet with good range of motion while rocking. The seat is a little higher than some chairs, so my feet do come off the ground when rocking back, but I don’t mind it. Not sure how something for such a great price can be of such high quality, but I’m not complaining. I really wanted a babyletto or Chita chair, but was struggling with the dimensions and finally started looking for more simple chairs. After looking for a chair the past 6months, stumbled upon this chair which closely resembled a different one but like a billion times cheaper and the reviews didn’t really make me hesitant so we kinda just full sent it. Worst case scenario we don’t like it and return it right? Honestly the material is Way better than expected, like sturdy but super soft and comfy. The chair itself is extremely comfortable and I couldn’t be happier. HOWEVER….I am 5’2 and cannot touch the ground sitting all the way back in the chair. I don’t give less starts for that because it’s not like the dimensions weren’t available before purchase. It’s definitely not “ideal” but being short my options are limited regardless so I just put a lumbar pillow behind me and we’re fine 🤣 wish I didn’t have to but it’s not that deep and the chair is staying. If you care that much, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone shorter than like 5’5 honestly. ... show more

There are parts of the base that don't attach evenly. Mostly cosmetic and mild so I don't care. Its really tall. My husband is 5 10 and can reach the floor, I'm 5 2 and cannot touch the floor at all. A stool or ottoman is recommended, even if its just for comfort. You also have to pull forward when rocking instead of pushing back. Not my preference but returning is a butt where I am. Its pretty tolerable with the stool. The cushioning is comfortable, a nice inbetween of supportive and squishy comfy. I don't feel like I'm sinking, but it sinks enough so that I don't feel like I'm sitting on a rock. It wasn't hard to put together and overall I'm enjoying it. I was worried it would be too big for the nursery, but it works and is easy to move if we really need access to the closet. It is fairly large, so double check measurements to make sure it fits. ... show more
