*Update - To much of my surprise the manufacturer was very fast at reaching out and offering a replacement. Replacement heater arrived within a few days. Much faster than I ever expected. New heater seems to be working well and haven’t had any issues with the replacement one so far. I’m guessing it was just bad luck with a defect on the first one. Updating to 5 stars for now. *Original review (1 star) - I set this up on a new coral frag tank. During the initial warming of the water to 77 degrees it only made it to 67 degrees and died. No matter what I did it would not turn back on. I guess I am going back to the tried and true heaters instead of these cheap ones. If you care about your fish stay away and go a name brand heater.

I love the size of this heater. I’m setting up my 10 gal tank so I don’t have much space and the size helps a lot. My water was like 60* when I put the heater in. In no time the water was at 75*.

After Amazon accidentally sent a used non functioning heater I was contacted by the seller and offered a replacement free of charge. New heater arrived promptly in official box with instructions. Digital component allows for fast easy temp setting . No more hit and miss with unreliable dials or preset heater’s which run too hot. Love this product and this company.

Worked great for about 3 weeks. Then stopped. Tried troubleshooting it and doing everything the customer service person recommended and never got it working again

The suction cups are amazing and work almost too well. I have two 5 gallon Betta tanks and one heater works great and keeps the temperature at a steady 80° but the other one is struggling to maintain 78°. I absolutely love the digital read out & is why I bought these heaters. They take up hardly any room and keep my Bettas warm.

I’ve had this for about one month and seems to work well. I place it next to the filter as it helps to circulate the temperature throughout the 5 gallon tank. No issues with suction so far. I try to keep the temperature specific to Bettas from around 76-78 degrees. I imagine temperature range is different for other fish types. I did a lot of teasers and my Betta seems very happy.
