The quality was great, and the mounting was fairly easy. The only issue we had was with the screws—tightening them would sometimes cause the wood to crack. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. The screws were for the part where the mattress sits.

This company is extremely difficult to work with. They respond once a day (if that) after 9 pm. The bed is cute but I received a broken piece. Getting ahold of customer support is extremely difficult. The contact information through Amazon is incorrect. They refuse to send me a new piece and are stating that I have to return the whole bed and receive a whole new bed set rather than just send the one piece that I received broken. I have the remaining pieces of the bed put together with the help of power tools that I had to rent because assembly is not an easy task. A photo of the broken leg is attached. ... show more
