I bought this bed frame four or five months ago and it is amazing. It’s everything I wanted! A comfortable headboard I can lean against to read, accessible charging ports, beautiful design and color, and it is very easy to assemble, clean, and maintain. Dust will settle on the fabric headboard, but it easily can be wiped up with my hands or a lint roller or a vacuum. It is sturdy and never creaks, which was always a pet peeve with beds for me. You won’t find a better frame for such a great price. Highly recommend!!

We bought this bed frame for our teenage son. It arrived well-packaged and the assembly was very easy, which we really appreciated. The frame looks nice and the USB charging station is a very useful feature for a teen. It’s not a perfect product, but for the price it’s a solid option and works well. The bed is nice, the color is nice, electric box works fine and color is what I expected and came with instructions even though I was scared of that because that was said in most reviews. Cons would be some legs don’t touch the ground so i don’t know how much support it really gives and a drill is needed no getting around that. Wish it was a lil higher off the ground but I will get a mattress topper to help with that. Overall I am pleased with the price I paid and the product received

This bed was super EASY to put together. I don't think I've ever put something together that was this well organized. My husband and I only argued once 😂 We had some delivery issues (holidays) and the seller was great about sending a replacement quickly. My teenager girls love them. For reference the mattress in the picture is an 8" memory foam with no box spring, so there's a gap between the mattress and the headboard. I recommend getting a box spring or thicker mattress if you want something higher. Otherwise this is a great product so far. Seems super sturdy (per other reviews you will need a Phillips head screwdriver for some of the assembly).

There is a lot to cover with this review, so please bear with me! First, the product arrived with missing parts.. The two #10 leg pieces were missing. After contacting customer service (who were very nice), I was asked for photos of the missing pieces? I sent photos of all the pieces that were received and I was notified that the company would like to send me the missing pieces - however, they are out of stock.. I am sorry, but if you have a product that has a specific piece out of stock, I would think that it would be taken off the market until all the items are back in stock? Instead of still selling the items without all pf the pieces.. But that is just my opinion. They issued me a $23 refund since they were unable to send me the missing parts. It was $27 when I ordered the extra 6 inch legs. They fit perfect, I just wish the process was easier. Second, customer service is very kind, but if you have an issue, good luck getting anything done. They do not offer pick up if the item is returned. Let me tell ya, this thing is heavy as heck too, so hopefully you have more than one person because I had a reallyyyy hard time moving it by myself. Third, the headboard came with a rip in it.. Like I said before, it is extremely difficult to return due to the no pick up policy, so I just had to deal with it and the bed is still superrrrr cute! Just disappointing that it came with a rip and that it was so difficult to put together. Some of the screw holes did not quite go together so there are unnecessary gaps. I also have blisters on my hands from screwing the bed together and while the directions are very straightforward, my drill died and I was determined to finish this project so I used my screwdriver and man, let me tell ya.. I am regretting it because even just typing this review right now hurts the blisters on my hand! So be better prepared than me!!
