I love the chairs. I think they are comfortable and of good quality. I put them together in the office by myself. It took maybe 10 minutes. It was easier to transport to the office dismantled because I have a small SUV and I am a small female. All the holes line up fine and it’s easier if you connect the sides on the middle bar, then turn it on the side to attach the seat to the sides and wahlaaaa. I think they are great Office chairs or for small apartments or confined spaces. My coworkers and patients love them too. Happy shopping! ... show more

Purchased these for an office seating area, but my teen kids and their friends loooove them so they have migrated to their rooms. The bottom isn’t as firm as it was when we first purchased them, but they have held up well. Bought 2 sets of chairs. One of the chairs could not be assembled do to the metal frame connection being bent. The company said they would take back and refund money. However, I had to send them back for double what was paid for a set. The company said they would also refund for half the shipping after I emailed them and complained how Much it would be. It would be cheaper to keep a faulty defective chair than return and ship back. Disgusting and disappointed. Dont take the chance.
