I bought it for the guest room in case we have a guest sleeping over. Looks nice. Pretty modern and contemporary. The assembly instructions were straight forward. Only 1 person is needed for assembling. I suggest assembling it in the room you’re planning to have it in. You’re also going to need a drill to drive about 24 drywall screws. You can do them by hand with a screwdriver, but it’ll be long and tiresome. The construction is not the best. Obviously, you get what you paid for. If you plan to use it as a bed often, be warned that it is not as big as you think. For the average height person, your feet may be hanging off the end when you lie down on it. If you’re taller than average, your legs will definitely be hanging off. Make sure to measure your height and living space before making a purchase. But For sure, it’s good for the college kid to have at their dorm, or the young bachelor/bachelorette with limited space in a small apartment. ... show more

For the price it's well worth it. My biggest issues are that it is very low to the ground. To be fair they show the measurements in the pics so I should have checked. I ended up adding about 5'5" to it bringing it to a better height for my purposes. It fairly well constructed especially for the low price. AS a couch it's fine. when using it for napping which I do on occasion its not that comfortable, not a lot of cushioning. ... show more

I was eyeing this exact futon for months, waiting for price to drop because it was originally advertised as being thicker cushioning than most sofa futons at this price point and also it advertised at right around 16” high, which was a little taller than others. Not only that, but they have a chaise lounge that supposedly pairs with this. I was really excited about this futon, not expecting luxury for this price but decent comfort and function, and to receive was advertised to me. The price dropped and needless to say, I bought it. However, when it arrived I could quickly see I received a different futon than originally advertised to me. The original had only 4 legs, the bottom was one solid piece, not two sections, and mostly importantly to me it was shown to be much thicker and taller. What I received is very thin (can feel this springs and have to position myself to minimize discomfort and still get numb after sitting for awhile) but what bothers me most is how short it is! It is only 14” tall not 16” so I am not even sure if it will fit with Yaheetech’s chaise lounge sectional they offer anymore? I don’t want to risk it and I don’t want to invest more into something so short. My knees come above my waist if I don’t extend them out when sitting so it’s not very comfortable for me and I am only 5’10”. Because it is split in the middle, it is not as comfortable to lay on as I know the single piece bottom would’ve been. I would’ve absolutely returned this but I do not have a car and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of unassembling it (which was a little difficult with the way some of the legs angle out and the screw placements l). I would really like a partial refund from Yaheetech and maybe I would consider upping the review a little but so far I just feel falsely advertised to. ... show more
