I bought this for my son for Christmas and he said it was the best gift I ever got him. I’m a normal mom and he's a dancer, but not a naked dancer, so it’s not as weird as it sounds. He’s very creative and loves all expressions of art. He sent me some videos and his choreography and music choices are beautiful. The pole itself is very sturdy, it holds him and he’s 6’, 165 lbs. He had no problems with assembly and said it was a great upper body workout for him.

Was sooo hard to install alone, had to take a break for a day and come back the instructions they come with suck I suggest watching the install video under the reviews much more helpful, but with all that said its a great sturdy pole i love it

Unfortunately my pole was defective and lacked English instructions. I was able to put it up but it would spin in static mode, not spin in spin mode and cracked my ceiling as it didn't fasten into place properly regardless of what mode it was in so I had to take it down. Will be getting a new one elsewhere

I was very excited for this pole because of the argent texture and great price. Installment was fairly easy until I got the top, and realized it has to be screwed into the ceiling. I’m a renter and don’t want to risk damaging the property. I didn’t see this requirement in the description or reviews so hopefully this helps the next person. If you’re okay with drilling the top into the ceiling then I do recommend this pole!
