my cat loves this! Definitely kept her from scratching the carpet up! she doesn’t use the square bottom scratcher, but she does use the round one with the rope on it. This is actually very sturdy rope. She just really goes at it so I think it’s time to replace the rope in a month or two but it’s wonderful. It’s nice and small not too big easy to put together. I bought the 42 inches cat tower. Fast delivery and easy installation ( within one hour) . All my 3 cats ( 2 10 lb & 1 25 lb) love it and the 25 lbs cat can also fit to the top perch. Additionally, the base is very stable and the quality of hardware is very good too. The only downside is the carpet is not very think; however, it is still a great choice for inexpensive cat tower! ... show more

So this item I combined with another wider cat tree that's made by the same brand. So it's the same color and same great quality. It was easy to set up, holes lined up the way they were supposed to and it took maybe 15 to 30 min to build because the instructions were clear. The fuzz is not loose and properly glued on to the platforms and the the poles. In the picture I've attached you can see how good it looks combined with the other one (The right side of the picture is this specific product). I have four cats, Three of them have just turned 1-Year-Old and weigh from 10 lb to 13 lb and they love laying on top and Jumping on and off this thing. It has a decent amount of cushion on top so they can lay comfortably. It's sturdy and I have zero fear of it falling over for tipping. All in all it is worth every penny. ... show more

This tree is great for the price- the fabric is soft and good looking, fun layout, and has 2 well-sized hiding boxes which is hard to find in a tree with this shorter height. Kinda a pain to assemble but once finished, it's sturdy. Cons: The scratching sisal feels really rough and sheds quite a bit. The ends of the screws stay exposed all over the tree, it's not dangerous but seems uncomfy in the bed and takes away from the looks. The top bed is smaller than I expected- my cat is 9 pounds and she could not comfortably fit in the bed, so I ended up returning it. Would be a much better fit for a smaller cat or kitten as they grow. ... show more

Love the cat tree and my cats play on it all the time. It took us (2 adults) to put it together. Hardest part is getting the bolts through the fabric for support legs on the two houses. Great price and quality. It is very stable. And arrived 2 days early

The title itself ought to raise suspicion about quality; it's essentially the very last line in the instruction manual. As you might expect low quality wood (dont ever get it wet) and there are no actual sides, just fabric (think a basic camping tent). It's surprisingly stable after the hour it takes to put together (yes that's in the manual too - and they are right on the money there), but I find the fact that several of the bolts that hold it together still show prominently after assembled to be unappealing. They do not hide this fact; if you zoom in and look close enough you'll see the 6 bolt heads that still show after assembly, but as you might expect they certainly make no effort to point this out. The fabric appears to be pre-infused with catnip which I suppose is nice except that it basically smells like pot. It's more or less shein-type quality, so don't expect it to last forever. You can easily build a quality one yourself with actual plywood, carpet, and sisal cord for not a whole lot more than these are fetching at full price. It looks good for now and while be ok for a year or two, but it's nothing to write home about for sure. ... show more
