This is a great mattress for me. I know mattresses are different for everyone, so I'm just going to explain how this thing is working for me. I have it set up just like the picture, rolled out on a flat frame. If you have a frame that is open in the middle this will just fold and fall through. In my configuration this winds up being a medium stiffness(right between something like a "Purple" mattress and a stiff spring mattress). This is just right for me as my "Purple" mattress was comfortable, but was lacking support and stiffer mattresses where just uncomfortable. The quality of the mattress itself is pretty good. It's not "Flippable", though, since it has a clearly defined "top". I just rotate it every week or so and it seems fine. The last "feature" I am going to point out is the thickness. It's not super thick (about half the thickness of a normal mattress), so whatever you put it on will wind up influencing how it feel to sleep on. for example if you put it on a piece of hard plywood it will feel a good bit stiffer than if you have it on a quilted frame.
