It is a sad fact of my life that I’ve needed glasses since I was but a small barely formed fetus. For a brief time in my young adulthood, I attempted to wear what was then “revolutionary” Boston Gas Permeable Contact Lens. (For those of you who weren’t born when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, Boston Gas Permeable Contact Lenses were hard plastic lenses that required nightly removal and sterilization and felt like having small little Frisbees in my eyes. Needless to say, Boston Gas Permeable Contact Lenses did not make me a contact lens aficionado, and I have worn glasses ever since. Although I find wearing glasses second nature to me, they do have a few drawbacks. One of them is having to either get separate prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses or use those “clip on” sunglasses that are supposed to clip over one’s existing eyeglasses. Since I could never find the right sized clip-ons to fit my regular glasses, I’ve always resorted to having a separate pair of prescription sunglasses. For those of you who haven’t purchased prescription eyeglasses lately, the cost of them equals two months’ worth of groceries. Alas, I have run out of extra body parts to sell on eBay to pay for them. To avoid purchasing new sunglasses with my new eyeglass prescription issued earlier this month, I ordered these “fit over” sunglasses. True, they aren’t as stylish as designer sunglasses, but frankly, they don’t look too bad for what they are. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit over my large framed eyeglasses and how well the polarized lenses blocked out sunlight. (They even come with a “test card” that lets me check out the polarization effect.) These “fit overs” come with a soft cover for carrying them in as well as a lens cleaning cloth. They are extremely lightweight, and for only $9.99, they are much cheaper than buying a pair of prescription sunglasses and they work just as well.

These are fantastic polarized sun glasses! They truly do provide superb protection from the sun. They're designed to go over your eyeglasses. So much less expensive than prescription sun glasses! Do pay attention to the shape of your glasses when ordering. They are rectangular. If your eye glasses are oval, they may work. Depending on your frame size, round and square glasses may not be fully covered by these. The colors of the frame are flattering. They're not overly bright. The top and sides are designed to encapsulate the frame of your eyeglasses. Which, by default, also raises the level of sun protection. There's even filters on the sides which I've never seen in other frames. The polarity is phenomenal. It comes with a card to show the difference. My regular glasses aren't polarized so I wasn't able to see the image with just my glasses on. I was blown away by the difference the polarity makes. So much so, that I'll be adding it to my regular prescription lenses as well. I never realized what I was missing. As an added bonus, they include a carrying pouch and a cleaning wipe that is much bigger and more effective than the ones I get with with prescription glasses. I do have prescription sunglasses. It's a pain to have to switch out, especially when driving. These are much more convenient, being able to throw them on over my glasses at any time. Save your money on expensive prescription sunglasses and get these instead. Definitely recommend!

I wear glasses (since third grade), and sunlight makes me squint a lot (not related to wearing glasses, but that’s my condition). So I like sunglasses, but prescription sunglasses are expensive. So I’ve gotten into the habit of using sunglasses that are designed to fit over my regular glasses. This pair does an excellent job of increasing my comfort when it’s bright outside. They are designed with my safety in mind as well. They have a little sunglass panel on either side of the frame which allows my peripheral vision to be used when wearing the glasses (the wide arms would block that otherwise. That feature works very well. They fit comfortably over my usual glasses. I ordered the A06-brown version. Did you know that the light from your computer screen is polarized? You can’t uses these glasses when using your computer unless you tilt your head completely to the side. Otherwise the screen will be too dark to view. Neat! The glasses come with a fabric carrying case, a square of lens cleaning cloth and a neat little card that can help you to see the difference you can see with polarized sunglasses. Plus, a contact email for support, a replacement if the glasses have manufacturing issues within the first year, AND a lifetime breakage warranty for damaged parts (save the card and order information!). I always appreciate a warranty because it tells me that the manufacturer is confident enough of the quality of their product that they can warranty it!

These over the glasses sunglasses are quite the find. The polarization and HD lenses help me see clearly in the brightest of sunlight. In fact I think these are the best ones I have in my collection and the price isn't bad either. I love the color of the frame and the tint on the lenses is perfect. The shape is good, however I find the stems a little on the thick side for my taste, but the price is very fair, so I'm happy with them. They also stay securely on my head and are very comfortable for long term use. Super happy with this purchase and I highly recommend.
