The best feature of this blender is that you can dump everything in at one time, however, its very loud, no measuring markers on the base, top need adjusting when closing otherwise it leaks, and the blade is very hard to clean. I liked the blender until the gasket broke. Not only do they not have one available on line, Amazon Help couldn't even find a site for me to contact. Finally found Blendin 600W that looks like it'll work.

Works great. My previous smoothie maker would smell like smoke whenever I put frozen fruits in. My smoothie maker before that would leave everything chunky. This one blends frozen fruit no problem, and comes out perfectly smooth.

Received it the end of August and so far it works perfectly. No complaints at all! I am blending frozen fruits and ice cubes with water and my protein powder and the smoothies are coming out smooth and delicious. I am really enjoying this device. Since I make one at a time and it is so easy and fast to clean up afterwards, I can make two or three with no problem if need be. I love love love this. I had previously purchased a pink cup blender from Ham Beach, I had it for probably 2 years, the cup eventually leaked where the blade is attached, and also, I hated that you had to hold the button down the whole time it blended, plus it took quite some time to chop up ice or frozen fruit. THIS blender, is much heavier, blends everything quickly and easier, the only thing I would change is the cup. It is quite large, doesn't fit my cup holder, also, there are no marks on the cup indicating how many ounces of liquid it is holding. (neither is a deal breaker, just saying) ... show more

I have spent way too much money on personal blenders always finding a little something wrong, This one is great! Just the right size cup not too small, not too big at 28 ounces just the sweet spot! The cup could not be easier to turn on, takes very little wrist effort! it's fairly quiet as far as blenders go, at least quieter than others, and it has plenty of power punch at 700 watts crushes through frozen fruit etc with ease in seconds! As long as it lasts this is now my favorite blender for my smoothies. Highly recommend it! ... show more

Love this blender! I use for smoothies every day! Works great blending frozen fruit and ice. Only need to blend 20 seconds or so! Highly recommended! Easy to clean too! Doesn't take alot of space on my counter either.
