I use this cover in the Bahamas to cover up my scooter.. it's my second one and I have to say this one is really excellent.. comes with straps to attached to each wheel and then a center strap that goes around the middle and around.. there have been many windstorms blow through and I'm impressed that this cover is still on.. has faded very little and is not breaking down due to the Daily Sun and wind.. highly recommended
