Ordered 2 for my 10 and 7 year olds, all other options charged $150-$300 shipping fees this is the only one option that had no shipping! Very grateful for that!! Estimated arrival was the 17th of December one arrived on the 6th And the other on the 8th, truly amazed Put the first one together already it was very easy! It started right away, Pour gas, and underneath on the front side right under the handle bars you will see the little nub to pour the oil just pour the whole bottle that comes in with it, That's right Gas on the top, oil on the bottom, Press the bottom to pumb the gas into the engine , turn the choke up pull to start, turn the choke down and you are ready! If the atv is already warm no need to turn the choke, just pull to start, There is a video on YouTube if you look up xw-a19 4 wheeler it shows you how to assemble but the instructions are simple as well, I will try to put a video on the second one, I am so excited for Christmas I can't wait for my kids to start riding them Thank you for the great product!

Ridiculously small for price and the claim of 6-12 years old and 165 pound max. Does NOT move with 60 pound child on it. Pull start cord pulls out everytime you start it. There is ZERO information to call or email for customer support.

It's a cute 4-wheeler for a small child. I was buying this for a 4-year-old, and it fits him perfectly. I do think the 6+ rating is wrong. My 9-year-old who is exceptionally small for his age rode it and his knees were interfering with the handlebars. I'd rate it for a 3–5-year-old based on the size. We haven't had any trouble with the pull start and the throttle control turned down enough for our little one to handle it efficiently. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, but the age and weight ratings are definitely wrong. I'd say age 3-5 up to 80 lbs. It would be small for the average sized 6-year-old, especially if you want to get a couple years use out of it.

Total garbage. Cheep as it gets. Pull start pulley and gear against the fly wheel separated on the second start. Impossible to find parts, impossible to even figure out brand make or model. Zero response from the support email. Don't waste your money.

The instructions for the set up is a bit challenging. The video they send you to assuming you want to watch it is on YouTube and not very clear via step by step in regards to setting up the shocks nor was the manual was not very descriptive. Overall one has to put some thought into and think it through themselves…
