    • Phone App is Chinese Only
DVR sees cameras just fine, that's where it all ends. The only phone app is entirely in Chinese. There is no PC desktop support. The only tech support for Xvim is through Facebook Messenger. Took them 3 days to respond and then their instructions were not applicable to the model, SN and software version that I sent to them. This may have been a great DVR, but it has zero apps or support if you live in the USA. If you can't monitor the cameras then it has zero value. ... show more

    • Easy setup, quality of cables are very bad though. Cameras look great, Phone app was easy to setup.
i liked ease of setup, but the quality of the cables are very bad. After two weeks one cable is shot and i ran it through conduit outside, so a bit of a headache redoing everything. Otherwise i would recommend this to a small business that wants to set up a system on their own dime. Other review says the phone app is only in Chinese and that is far from true.     • What I wish I knew
The cameras work great but I wish that I knew I could only see a live view on the phone app. I can go back in time and look at old footage from the DVR but the phone app only gives me a live feed.
