Love it! My brother and I went half on this for our mom to add to her at home gym setup and it was actually pretty easy to put together. Make sure not to hold the middle of the seat piece while assembling bc yes I did that and moved my hand just in time to save the rest of my hand while knicking a couple fingers/knuckles and omg that hurt so bad! My brother was like I saw that coming smh annoying. Don’t make that (obvious) mistake that I did. Anyway, we got it assembled waaay faster than the maxi climber we got her and omg I wish I had enough space in my apartment for this! I would definitely buy one for myself but don’t have the space :(. I was looking at another just like this I think its called abcoaster or by them but yeah it’s about $20 more but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for Christmas which is why I got this one and honestly I love this one and it’s cheaper! The seat is movable where you can swivel it to the right or left to hit your obliques. This machine gives a great core workout and you feel it in your arms and legs as well and ugh!! I really like this ab machine. It's got smooth motion, it's very sturdy, and is easy to use. What it lacks is resistance. I immediately put 2 - 5 kg weights on it which was a good amount of weight to use. After a set of 30, you can feel it. What's nice is it seems to work the lower abs closer to the groin area more which I like. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Seems like a nice little machine. ... show more

I LOVE THIS MACHINE!! I normally get exercise equipment, use a week and send it to the shed but, this time I'm getting up early just to exercize! I started doing 20 the first day I got it and I'm already at 71 reps!! It's sturdy and the perfect size for my space!

All pieces fit nicely... Very sturdy.. Good bang for the buck... Delivered early... Only knock are the instructions are not so great... Sled itself has to be mounted on rails from the top end and adjustment knob is towards back of sled... Neither is mentioned in instructions... Very pleased

The seat does not come assembled to the rails and the instructions are of horrible quality, akin to someone simple photocopying, several times, a photocopy of a photocopy. I had to jerry-rig and force the seat rollers on to the rails. The addition, the seat doesn't glide smoothly as it sounds like metal going across metal. To continue the sensor does not work properly as it does not count the repetitions, and as you are doing reps, the top of your feet hit the back of the rails. At this point, I am debating on whether to take it apart and send it back or just give it away. the machine was not worth the price, at all. ... show more

It’s definitely not as good as the ab coaster, the glide isn’t as smooth, if you’re over 210lbs it looks like it could crack in half. We had both machine but like a fool I gave my other one to my brother. Ten your later my daughter is 17 220lbs so I got this for her. I should have paid the extra to get the better quality of machine 😩 ... show more

I very much disliked how this item arrived at my home. It was obvious that this item was returned by a previous customer, and then sent to me. Much of the internal and external packaging was destroyed, with much of the hardware just thrown about inside the box. Also, my husband had to purchase an extra screw assembly because one was missing. Also the instructions were NOT very clear either, with some of them being very difficult to read. Once over my frustration, I enjoyed using the machine, but would probably not purchase from this company again. ... show more
