I decided to purchase this product because it was recommended by Amazon … this is the worst purchase I have made on Amazon to date…. Unless I received a “faulty” product this is garbage used 3 times most of the teeth are broken off of the wheel so it is almost impossible to crank it up or release it, the hook on the end of the line is so small it does not have the ability to lock its self into spot safely, and the locking wheel mechanism already has bent teeth as well … like I said I only used this product 3 times and it is toast I am only using this for a Jetski so it should have no problem if you are thinking about buying this … DONT unless they make up for it this is trash I will never recommend this product or brand to any of my boating buddies … GARBAGE ... show more

The threads on the shaft that holds the handle wouldn't engage the nut properly so the handle couldn't be attached. Had to return it for a refund...very disappointing. Bought a winch from Harbor Freight same price, much better quality.

This boat trailer winch is heavy duty supports up to 1200 pounds. I am replacing a lightweight winch on my Jetski trailer and this is heavier that what I need, but this winch should also make it easy to winch up the Jetski onto the trailer. The constructions seems to be very good.

Very disappointed with this product. The quality of the trailer winch is poor and the handles are broken. The broken handle made it difficult to operate and the overall experience was frustrating. The trailer winch has no load capacity and will not pull any weight. This is a complete waste of money and time. I tried to use it a few times but it just couldn't handle the smallest of loads. The product is obviously low quality and a really, really bad experience.
