Nice quality scooter for the $. Seems to be one of better deals out there. A bit front heavy but the solid wheels r nice. The battery is ok, just not very good if u use with the headlight on as well. Overall u cant beat the price for whats comparable.

This product is horrible! Product stopped working after 5 short uses. We were promised a refund that was to come in a couple of months and asked to dispose of the scooter ourselves. Big surprise that the refund did not come and noe they are trying to say that we waited too long. We waited because we were waiting for the refund that was promised and never given. I would not buy anything electric from this company. Complete garbage and my kid is out over $250! Hope they feel great about selling such crap to children ... show more

Not bad for the price,but their is room for improvements.Top screws for handles become loose and constantly needs to be tightened after uses..Very stiff ride with no give.Bumps and any road imperfections will be hazardous.Breaks are wound to tight.So be careful on sudden stops.

This product is constructed just fine in fact good even but it does not have enough power it barely goes up the 11% incline that they talk about it just plain does not have enough power if you want something with enough power you're going to have to spend more money and get something that is at least 500 watts because the 350 Watts just does not have enough power.     • Did not work for very long
Worked great for the 1st two batteries worth of use. 3rd ride, miles from home, "E1" flashed on the screen then all power went off. Kicking a 40lb scooter for 4.5 miles is not fun. The scooter is done and is currently on its way back to Amazon for a refund. We will not buy another xprit scooter. $300 for 3 rides is definitely not worth the $$ ... show more

Do NOT buy!!! It’s falling apart little by little everyday! Such a waste of money and for what I paid I expected it to be more solid. Half of the screws come loose every 4-5days so I’m forced to tighten screws weekly(soooo inconvenient). Realized a screw from the kickstand was missing when I tried to stand it up after my 2nd ride. Then a week later the screw where the arm locks seems stripped(pic posted). I’m still waiting on a response from the email I sent 2 weeks ago. Terrible product!
