  • Great for Osu! - Accurate, Small, No Drivers
Size: 4*3 inch
XP-Pen G430 4 x 3 inch Ultrathin Digital Tablet Graphic Drawing Tablet for Game OSU and Battery-free Stylus-designed! Gameplay I enjoy using the XP-Pen G430 because it is compact, light, and doesn't require drivers. This is really helpful when I am traveling and want to have a tablet ready for use. It works well with osu! since there isn't any input delay and the 4" x 3" active area is easy to navigate with the pen. The hover range (10mm) is also pretty far, so any hovering players can enjoy it. I play osu! pretty often and the tablet is pretty good for me; I just wished it was a little bit bigger when I got it, but I adjusted to the size now. The pen itself is very light and has two buttons; one is for right click and the other one is middle click. The only downsides that the G430 has is that it is quite small compared to a Wacom device, such as the intuos small, which requires an adjustment from tablet to tablet. The scroll feature uses middle click instead of a click and hold + swipe to scroll pages. Otherwise, the tablet is nice for the amount paid. I was introduced to XP-Pen at Anime Expo 2016 and they are a nice company with friendly employees. Shipping was on time and came in a small envelope package that contained the product box as well as the product itself. There is packaging material in the product box itself, so it shouldn't break or have any damage when it reaches its destination. ... show more

  • It's great for beginners!
Size: 4*3 inch
It's easy to use. It's clear to me that it's intended for games and for beginners in digital art. It's incredibly small and light weight. Also surprisingly durable. I've dropped it off my desk a couple times on accident and it doesn't even act up or anything. Same with the stylus pen. I like that the program for the tablet let's you reprogram your buttons to do what you need. For example I changed the upper button to 'ctrl+z' or undo a stroke I make in a drawing program. Essential for artists. The only thing I dislike is that the working area is 4 x 3 inches. Incredibly small. Once getting used to it though, it's quite useful as something like a mouse replacement. Anyway, it's a good budget tablet. Would recommend. Had no problems setting it up. A very good tablet and I think people should buy it. I will definitely be buying from these people again! :) ... show more

  • Amazing
Size: 4*3 inch
This works perfect for games like Osu or if you want to start digital drawing. Its responsive and it has rubber on the bottom so it doesn’t move. If you need a a budget tablet, this is honestly perfect for you. Tge only thing i want to say is that i bought it used and the package was pretty roughed up but the product worked perfectly. My advice, dont buy used. ... show more

  • Having some problems now that it's been used for awhile
Size: 4*3 inch
When I first purchased the tablet, I was in love! It's perfect for if you're new to digital art and if you need something light and easy to take with you. I take animation classes where we use drawing tablets and this is easy to use because I can fit it in my bag to take between classes. Very easy to set up, no buttons or anything to learn how to work, and you can also enable and disable certain pen features to your own tastes. However! I bought this December 28th, 2017. It hasn't been a full year yet, but I'm running into some problems with it. The pen and tablet randomly haven't been working, I tried everything the support website told me to do, and still no resolution. The pen randomly decides to draw when it's not pressing onto the tablet piece, or will randomly click and drag things? Until I unplug it. For the money, you get what you pay for. This is a cheaper alternative to Wacom, kind of like the tablet that you buy so you can start making art, but when you're financially able to, you buy a nicer one. If it didn't start having these issues, I would rate it 5 stars, but because it hasn't even been a year yet and I can't even use it, that's what makes me place it at 3 stars. ... show more

  • Non-serious hobbyist artist (draw whenever I feel like it or have ideas) and first-time drawing tablet owner
Size: 4*3 inch
Non-serious hobbyist artist (draw whenever I feel like it or have ideas) and first-time drawing tablet owner. I do not play osu. This review and photos were created after unpacking and brief use. SHIPPING: The G430S was packed snugly with sufficient foam sleeving and material. The pen, 10 spare nibs, metal nib replacer, and manuals were also in plastic bags. The cable was tightly wrapped and bent at at 90 degree angle from the base of the tablet when I unpacked it. I haven't had problems with connectivity, but something to note. PRODUCT: The tablet came with an approximately 4.5ft (140cm) USB cable with a velcro tie (a nice touch). On the bottom there are four rubber corner feet, thickness roughly 1mm. Near the 'XP-Pen' logo, there is a small circular light that illuminates whenever the pen is in active range (10mm hover height) and whenever pressure is applied or a button is pressed. Other reviews mentioned scratching on the surface; for the time being, I've been using a sheet of paper to prevent scratching but bought an OEM tablet screen protector to apply later. The pen is fairly light at 0.4oz (10g). DRIVERS: The tablet is plug-and-play if you plan to use it as a mouse/movement device. I wanted pressure functionality, so I went to the XP-Pen website and downloaded the respective driver (Windows 7, G430S). After the install, I experienced intermittent freezing for about 15-30 seconds. I was prompted to restart once the freezing stopped, and did not experience any stutter/freezes thereafter. The driver software has a pressure sensitivity curve, button mapping, and workspace area constraints (I've already remapped a button to be Ctrl+Z). The window will always be on top of all other windows (except task manager). End thoughts: I really enjoy it. Works in SAI, but I don't know how it would work in Adobe or other e-sign applications. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and expect to enjoy drawing with the tablet for a long time. ... show more
